Andrey Vajra: view on Russia from Ukraine

Since the childhood one of my shortcomings was a hostility to fools. With age I began to treat this category of people more tolerantly, but all the same sometimes I catch myself that they fairly irritate. Especially those who consider themselves as the bearers of sacral truth.

I mean the features of perception of some categories of the Russians of Putin and Navalny.

Well, everything is clear with liberals. It isn't necessary to make comments. They precisely were characterized in due time by Feodor Mikhaylovich Dostoevsky. Who is interested, let open his “Diaries” and will read.

And here a situation in respect of nonsense is extremely fabulous with the Russian nationalists. Navalny for them is almost the leader and the teacher and Putin is the enemy.

The first is the Russian nationalist, the honest and brave disinterested person and the second – whether “Jew”, whether the participant of a Jew-Masonic conspiracy for the purpose of destruction of the Russian people and Russia.

In this regard usually the Russian nationalists rush with any quotes of Navalny of the nationalist contents as “simpleton with a hand-written feed bag” and are happy. And recently the Russian nationalists of Ukraine who can't still come to themselves from words of the great blogger that the Russians, Belarusians and Ukrainians are “the same people”. It is impressive!

But a problem is that not everything in this world is such as it seems at first sight. It is necessary to look from outside to understand an essence of some phenomena.

In order to understand what is such Navalny, it is necessary to understand what geopolitical role is played now by some ideological currents around the world.

Let's address to a phenomenon of “colour revolutions”, to the events in the Middle East and North Africa. Who was driving anti-governmental force on a wave of the revolutions which have swept there? It is not a secret – Islamic fundamentalists. They resolutely opposed the rotted-through secular regimes.

And who stood behind these “revolutions”? Who organized, financed and directed them? It is not the secret too. The United States and Europe stood and stand behind Islamists.

Is it paradoxical? The USA is at war against Islamists and thus supports them in every possible way. And why? What is the sense in it? Everything is very simple. For them Islamists are the instrument of destruction. They organize them, support, direct. And those, for the sake of the ideological purposes, become a ram by means of which the USA break this or that political regime in this or that country.

Any of successful “colour” revolutions brought positive changes for any country in which it occurred. Radicals bore only chaos, destructions and destabilization. Even there where the Islamists came to the power on a crest of national accident, their power promptly became worse. The Islamic world didn't become closer to the crystal dream – the Islamic caliphate. And the people after these revolutions didn't begin to live better. The only result of “colour revolutions” is blood, hostility, war, strengthening of political opposition, weakening of the Islamic world as a whole.

And now we will return to Russia. The Russian nationalism is something like Islamic fundamentalism. It is so idealist, brilliant and uncompromising. So why not to put the USA on nationalists in fight against Putin's regime? Navalny is the nationalist? Great! Let's support Navalny. Put money in him. Let's untwist him in mass media. Let's make the martyr of him. The Russians love martyrs. The Great Leader sits in their genes. How the Americans argue now? Have you heard? Now for them the most unfortunate and oppressed people of the Russian Federation are the Russians. They, now, first of all should be exempted from Putin tyranny.

It is unexpected turn, isn’t it? After all the Russian nationalism is the enemy of the United States and the West. Why the Americans have to support it?

But it is absolutely logical step in a difficult game of politics. Liberals are few in Russia. There is not a lot of Muslims too. And here the Russians are the vast majority. Therefore it is necessary to be the idiot not to try to play the card of the Russian nationalism against Putin.

In this regard the words of the executive director of “Ron Paul Institute for Peace and Prosperity” Daniel McAdams sound very convincingly who declared recently were heard that Washington tries to put pressure upon political regimes inconvenient to it, supporting opposition under a nationalist flag. It allows to convince people that they fight for patriotic idea, he explained. The American expert called such mechanism as “mechanism of colour revolutions”.

“If you look at all “colour” revolutions sponsored by States, so the American candidate is always with a flag — in other words “nationalist”. It was some kind of psychological manipulation with people — to install belief that they become more patriotic, supporting the candidate behind whom there are foreigners”, declared McAdams.

He cited as an example a situation in several countries. In particular, he paid attention to Belarus where, according to him, the pro-American opposition went with nationalist flags, chanted nationalist slogans and urged to put an end to the Russian language.

“The same was in Ukraine: nationalist Yushchenko was against “Russophile” Yanukovych. So Navalny is from the same category. His shortcomings don’t taking into account because he is necessary to States”, the expert considers.

“I guess that the administration of the USA knew the unusual past of Navalny, but especially doesn't worry about it …. Navalny came into the view of the American foreign policy elite long ago. As I wrote about it in 2011, he is “the old recipient of generous gifts of the American authorities through their corrupting “mechanism of colour revolutions” — National fund of democracy”, he noted.

Navalny for the USA is in the same ideal as Yushchenko was once. Navalny is nobody. He completely depends on external support. He has no accurate program. He has no team. In general he has nothing, except romantic image. And the main thing in all this that Navalny, owing to the specifics, is the instrument of destruction. And in other quality he also isn't necessary to Americans. Actually, Navalny now is as Yushchenko yesterday. Navalny is necessary to weaken or destroy Putin's regime only. He has no other mission. And he isn't capable owing to the objective and subjective reasons to creation.

And now, let the simple Russian citizen will ask himself very simple question: WHAT WILL be WITH RUSSIA IF PUTIN LOSES THE POWER FOR ANY REASON?

It is possible to treat the Russian president somehow. It is possible not to love him and even to hate. But only feeble-minded will challenge that fact that in case of his discharge from the power together with crash of his political regime Russia will plunge into a new Distemper, into chaos with unpredictable consequences. Because, alas, it is so strange arranged. Putin is a small screw which pulls together all huge design of the Russian Federation. Beat out it and all this design will start collapsing. Washington perfectly understands it.

The situation in Russia is far from the ideal. Undoubtedly that representatives of Putin's regime became impudent, wallowed in corruption, etc., but at the same time, demolition of this imperfect regime will reject the country in chaos, will break all that positive which was created for the last 15 years. And it is! And only the numskull or the enemy of Russia will deny it.

Probably, Putin isn't perfect. Probably, he even is bad. But for years of his board Russia kept over an abyss of disorder and found growth points. It gains strength. It grows rich. It can seem insufficient to someone. But creation always is given more difficult than destruction. Any fool knows how to destroy something and not always wise men know even how to construct. Putin's regime has to evolve softly from primitive forms to the difficult. But it can't be taken down. It can kill Russia.

Therefore, in my opinion, it is necessary to be the oligophrenic person now to bring down Putin though under liberal slogans though under the nationalist. From my point of view, Putin's regime for Russia is smaller from all possible evils.
