Communists of Moldova insist on early election!

The political situation in Moldova continues to become aggravated. Seeming until recently the strong, the positions of the ruling “Alliance for European integration” suddenly reeled. Leaders of Alliance got frightened both officially and informally. Experts believe that soon the political system is waited for the serious changes. It is enough to tell that some of them don't exclude even the union of communists and liberal democrats whom the prime minister Vlad Filat heads. There is a lot of speculation on this subject. But how is the situation estimated at the party of communists of the Republic of Moldova which is led by ex-president Vladimir Voronin:

- At this conjuncture the Party of communists addresses to all deputies of parliament from ruling Alliance with an initiative quickly to give the public answers to the following offers of parliamentary opposition

The beginning of 2013 was marked by the deepest crisis of the Moldavian power. Corruption scandals in ruling Alliance confirmed worst of fears – the Republic of Moldova is under complete control of conflicting criminal groups. Their mutual fight on destruction, an exchange of very grave charges is broadcast by all TV channels and mass media. Leaders of ruling groups, losing the remains of political reputation, desperately urge the Moldavian society to make a mad choice between “the evil and the evil”.

There are no more high words about the European freedoms, reforms, modernization. Frank recognitions of the power came to change by it in own incompetence, a failure of “collective board”, inability to observe laws and to protect the rights of citizens.

It is already clear for all that the death agony of “Alliance for European integration” is capable to drag off all Moldavian society in a grave that the only optimistic outcome of all this three-year-old “gangster series” are only unconditional resignation of all Alliance and the fastest carrying out of free and fair democratic elections. Not the elections under administrative and financial control of a crime, but real elections for the results of which the Moldavian people will be ready to assume all completeness of a civil liability.

At this conjuncture the Party of communists addresses to all deputies of parliament from ruling Alliance with an initiative quickly to give public answers to the following offers of parliamentary opposition:

The first. Openly and transparently to coordinate the date of early parliamentary elections which have to take place not later than the middle of June, 2013.
The second. Urgently to reform the operating structures of Central election commission and Audiovizual, having put them under effective control of civil society.

The third. To create the additional legislative guarantees of free and democratic will, prevention of any falsification of elections and bribery of voters;

The fourth. To stop immediately the repressions against the independent and oppositional mass media, operating parliamentary opposition and all oppositional movement in the country to bodies of prosecutor's office, information and safety Service, the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The fifth. All leaders of ruling Alliance have to leave from all posts – from the chairman of parliament to the prime minister and ministers and also to give public guarantees of not promotion on these posts of any persons during the whole period provided by the Constitution concerning creation of conditions for carrying out of early election in the country.

The party of communists considers that only strict observance of these initiatives is capable to present the people the valid freedom of choice and the tested parliamentary means to overcome the political crisis in Moldova. The Moldavian society still didn't lose up to the end the hope of prudence of ruling politicians from whom it is required the only today – to show one responsibility for the sake of stability and the democratic future of the country.

Refusal of consideration of these initiatives, undoubtedly, will be estimated as continuation of illegal and violent deduction of the government. In this case the opposition and civil society will have no other exit, except the address to the people with an appeal about the organization of actions on democratic coercion of Alliance to political capitulation. Also there are no doubts that this appeal will get a response from the majority of citizens.
