Grand chessboard: Olympic Games, Ukraine, war …

The president of «Centre of political forecasting and analysis» Brzezin Zbigniewski, non-governmental analytical structure, analog and the competitor of known American corporation «RAND Corporation» answers the questions of the Canadian journalist Argyl Turner about the events in Ukraine, the Sochi Olympic Games and why Russia should kill the liberal in itself …

— Mr. Zbigniewski, what does your Centre represent and how many employees work in your organization?

- More than 600 people are involved on a constant basis and, besides, we attract the known experts in the international relations, leading political scientists, political strategists for carrying out researches on subjects interesting us. As a rule, we undertake to keep incognito for such people as now, as the example of Edward Snowden testifies, it isn’t always safe for them to open the name and location.
Our centre has network structure, it doesn’t settle down in one certain country that allows quickly and practically in real time to receive and analyze all array of information.
We carry out our the researches on the order of the governments only of those countries which adhere to a principle of non-use of force in the international relations, that is, strictly carry out the United Nations Charter.

- You had big popularity after the previous publications united under the general term «Grand Chessboard' which the readers regarded as your irreconcilable dispute with Zbigniew Brzezinski known for a hawk of the American political establishment … And now the third publication on this subject …

- Yes, it is so. I am grateful to all who found time to examine our point of view. I think that a sober and impartial view on world events, their vision in reality instead of as these or those political forces would like to see them, is very useful for the international public opinion.

- Does it mean that the governments of leading world powers use, to put it mildly, if not doubtful, but not always objective information in the activity?

- Yes, always there are a lot of people in governmental structures who because of career, mercenary, lobbist motives, sometimes isn’t absolutely conscious at all, issue such information to the management and the main thing, such conclusions which lead then to the most unexpected results. For those politicians who understand it, we are the most reliable source of information for decision-making.

- In that case there is a question: what events were the most considerable in 2013 year and what to expect in 2014?

- It is undoubted that last year was characterized by a number of impressive defeats of the USA and their allies on the international scene. They didn’t manage to liquidate Bashar Assad in Syria, the exposures of Edward Snowden sharply undermined around the world trust as to the USA and their allies. The European Union continues to do a good mine at bad game. In such situation, considering still the extremely difficult economic situation, the ruling numbers of the western countries, first of all for internal consumption, have to distract attention of the population from those processes which happen there. It caused all events which have taken place in the 2013th year.

- And as always, the peculiar «ram» of the Western world «fight» is the struggle for democracy and fight of the person and a role of the only and authorized interpreter of these concepts and also «offtaker» and the West appropriated only to itself in practice …

- With the much bigger basis this role should be given, for example, to the New Zealand cannibals … At least, they ate the meat of the enemies killed by them in open and honest fight.

And the West skillfully kindled and kindles the conflicts worldwide, weakening, thus, the opponents before finally subduing them. And very often it manages to be made even without the use of military force due to provoking of the internal opposition very often developing then into civil war.

The West throughout many centuries organized the wars, aggressions and the conflicts worldwide that allowed it to plunder the subdued countries with impunity.

To me it becomes ridiculous when the USA tells about «human rights» which have carried out the genocide of Blacks and Indians, and quite recently, from the point of view of the history, dumped two nuclear bombs to Japan. The USA considers that already nobody remembers million of Vietnamese, who were killed, including by means of the chemical weapon.

And what about Germany which has generated the Nazism? And Great Britain and France which have supported Hitler in his «Drang nah Osten»?

And Romania, Hungary, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, whose armed chasteners destroyed tens of thousands of the citizens of the USSR? Also it is the defenders of «democracy»? Only the full idiot can believe that.

Other western countries absolutely not best of all and aren’t worse than the USA because it is one western civilization. Great Britain, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Japan and other actively participated in massacre, religious conflicts for centuries in which tens and even hundreds million people were destroyed.

National elites are formed throughout the centuries. Also there are no bases to believe that at some instant any «human rights» and «democracy» began to stand above for the western elite, than the questions of world supremacy and the colonial section of the world. It contradicts even to elementary logic.

— What occurs now?

- Now, as I already repeatedly spoke, the Western world continues the attempts on implementation of the plan «Anaconda Loop» offered by Zbigniew Brzezinski. The constant conflicts are very skillfully kindled of the countries on all perimeter which didn’t obey the West for the present. Certainly, it is China, Russia, Iran and to some extent India. The latest events in the Middle East and in Africa are connected, first of all, with active penetration into this region of China and strengthening of Russia. Russia and China didn’t hand over Syria, and in America many consider it as Barack Obama’s largest defeat.

I think that soon we will become the witnesses of an aggravation of a situation in Central Asia and in the Caucasus organized by the West, Saudi Arabia, Katary, and the United Arab Emirates. In this region the interests of all above-named characters coincide: they want to weaken both Russia and Iran and it is their main goal.

The best option for the West is a transformation of all huge space of Eurasia into «mass of military and feudal educations conflicting among themselves» as Roger Robinson told, the author of the plan for destruction of the Soviet Union.

- How the similar plan can be reflected in a situation round the Olympic Games in Sochi?

- It is quite probable that the Olympic Games can be used as a global event for any organization of provocations and even the acts of terrorism. In this regard I would like to tell that the Ukrainian crisis in the run-up to this event isn’t so casual and even specially dated for it. Believe me, there are real confirmations to that.

Unlike many political scientists who are considering that Maidan is false start and had to occur during presidential elections in Ukraine in 2015 year, I don’t think so. And that is why: «RAND Corporation», the American intelligence services are sure that at last found a sure bet to beat Russia on this «grand chessboard». My opponent Zbigniew Brzezinski, not to mention chronically sick people and Russophobes like senator John McCain adheres to this point of view also.

Judge by yourself: during carrying out the Olympic Games in Ukraine it will be possible to create everything that is possible, beginning from the armed provocations and finishing captures of the nuclear power plant or even physical elimination of the president Victor Yanukovych … And if similar events still coincide on time, for example, with attempt of an act of terrorism in Sochi or at least skillfully organized meetings of LGBT community with participation of foreign citizens? Authors and secret performers of this huge world provocation count that carrying out the Olympic Games will sharply limit the space for maneuver of Russia, will tie it the hands, and want to squeeze out from this a maximum.

Actually, the first prize of the West in this «Olympic» game is Ukraine, certainly. It expects to turn it into «Wild field» that then to bring to power of the protege under the guise of «intermediary» and «peacekeeper». All signs of such policy are available, in Ukraine multiple authority against acts of the president Yanukovych which are perceived by so-called opposition precisely weakness and lack of will already was now created. And, therefore, it is possible and it is necessary «to break the resistance».

Thus the split of Ukraine is very favourable to the West, so will allow to create those «military and feudal educations» in close proximity to the Russian borders and the more it will be, so it is better for the West. As the economy, Ukraine represents nothing except for the few branches connected with Russia. And nobody would pay attention on Akhmetov, Firtash, Poroshenko’s interests and others, whose business is started to Europe to some extent, in the conditions of such «chessboard» party. They are simply used then to shatter Ukraine. As Russia is a bigger prize. And incidents at the Olympic Games, probably, will allow to complicate a situation in the North Caucasus and it will help the West too.

It seems that the West, Russia and China which now has already the interests in Ukraine, are involved in very critical gambit, speaking by Zbigniew Brzezinski’s language. And here each wrong move can cause irreparable consequences.

— And what is it possible to expect at such development of a situation?
- The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Napoleon Charles Maurice de Taleyran liked to repeat the saying «Language is given to the diplomat to hide the thoughts» and always strictly adhered to this rule.

In the West fondly consider that only his politicians and diplomats in perfection mastered this principle. Actually everything says that it was mastered successfully also by Vladimir Putin, not to mention China.

When Putin speaks about non-interference to the Ukrainian affairs, he hints the West: stop interfering there too. And this is not so simple prevention, only neither the USA, nor the western countries while didn’t understand him because probably I. Q. doesn’t allow. Actually Putin says that Russia successfully mastered and is ready to put into practice the western experience of kindling of the conflicts already in its territory. For this purpose there are all conditions in the countries of the West, especially, if to consider a huge number of migrants from other states.

We won’t forget that the Chinese civilization is the most senior of all existing, and its experience of diplomatic relationship with other countries was formed in the millennia, and today it is still supported, perhaps, for the first time for all the history with huge economic power and impressive armed force.

And hardly China will like strengthening of the USA and the West as a whole at the expense of the section of Ukraine and the Olympic provocations.

- Can Russia and China if not to win then not to suffer defeat in this battle? After all the Western world has an extensive experience in such operations. Libya, Iraq, Yugoslavia, now also Syria …

- Quite, it is necessary to kill only… the liberal in itself. No, I don’t call for physical elimination of persons, considering themselves of this kind. I speak about the ideology of liberalism which in practice is ideologies of treachery of the own country. Pay attention that in the opinion of public opinion this point of view is predominating.

For example, about a quarter of the century «historical hysteria» reigned in Russia as I call it and just now the fighting started against it. Various pseudo-historians, pseudo-scientists, provokers and simply abnormal people, having scented a smell of big money from the western grants, either repeated, or composed the wildest lie about the past of the Russian Empire and the Soviet Union. So there was a formation of public opinion concerning the purposelessness and even crime of the people, occupying them, in turn, allowed to split both the empire and the USSR.

We won’t forget that throughout two centuries the West actively participated in aggressions against these people. And if it didn’t venture the direct aggression, intelligence services went into action. Even the Crimean war of 1854−1856 began because Turkey was set on Russia. In the organization of Russian-Japanese war the crucial role was played by Great Britain and Germany. And all Russian revolutions happened with direct physical and financial active participation of the western powers. They have the rule «The end justifies the means», that is, Russia as ancient Carthage, has to be destroyed.

From this point of view, the liberals, so-called «fighters for human rights and democracy» on the former Soviet Union act as carriers alien, hostile and, I would tell, hostile ideology. And if there are honest people among them still, they have to understand and kill the liberal in themselves.

— And the last question: who you are, Mr. Zbigniewski?

- Allow me not to answer it, at least, now …
