“Kazakhstan Berezovsky” is waited by the disgraceful end …

Trouble is brewing for the Kazakh fluent oligarch Mukhtar Ablyazov arrested in France. He was arrested at the beginning of August on the basis of inquiry of Ukraine in the Interpol on search of the former banker who is accused of plunder of financial means and fraud in especially large sizes.

The defence of the banker intends to achieve his release before pronouncement of the decision on an extradition from France. For the period of court Mukhtar Ablyazov, most likely, remains under guards and the decision on an occasion of a possible extradition will be made not earlier than spring of 2014.

Besides Ukraine the requests for delivery of the criminal were directed by Russia and Kazakhstan. In Kazakhstan the criminal case on plunder of means from “BTA-bank” of 5 billion dollars and also in forgery is brought against him, the whole series of the criminal cases connected with plunder of means and fraud for total amount about 2,5 billion rubles is investigated in Russia.

Thus, in the history of international law M. Ablyazov became one of interesting “samples” whom some countries having telling the arguments wish to catch at once.

It isn't excluded that England will show the rights to his person in connection with flight of the banker from a sentence of High Court of London. So there are a lot of applicants for Ablyazov's delivery and fight for his “skin” promises to be interesting.

Meanwhile there are criminal investigations of financial frauds of Mukhtar Ablyazov in Hungary, Holland, Great Britain, Cyprus and some other countries. As experts believe, “Ablyazov case” can become one of considerable international legal collisions in recent years in respect of delivery of the international criminals. In other words, he can become famous not only scales of the theft, but also that becomes the reason of creation of the whole section of international law.

In general, the situation is interesting: recently Europe became more compliant in questions of capture and delivery of fluent oligarchs. The same Ablyazov's many “colleagues” are already returned to the countries, the investigations and cases are initiated against others. What is it caused?

Everything, but only not “enlightenment and understanding”. After all, if it is frank, our fluent thieves are purely economically profitable for the European countries.

People like Mukhtar Ablyazov promote the growth of welfare of the European countries, significantly strengthening their economy at the expense of the money stolen from us. Most likely, the today's tendency in Europe is caused by existence of larger and less politically “slippery” economic projects on a bowl of scales. Naturally, there is economic pressure at certain cases.

Nothing personal: the profit is necessary to you, fugitives are necessary to us. The international policy always was and is under construction on pragmatism. Any other options will be suitable only for beginners and “whipping boys” with what the states of the CIS ceased to be for a long time.

Naturally, it frightens “oligarchs in exile”, forces them to appeal more actively to civil conscience, positioning themselves as oppositionists taking care of interests of the simple people.

For example, the Frenchmen now are in some confusion and doubt from that political pressure which is put upon them. Information pressure with connection of opinion of the public, such is that M. Ablyazov is represented almost epic hero alone fighting against world authoritarianism. And is it necessary not only to release him, but also awarded?!

“The Kazakh dictator bosses across all Europe”, writes Fabio Tonacci in the La Repubblica newspaper. “He uses mandates on the arrest, written out by the Interpol, for prosecution of opponents of regime, accusing them of fraud and terrorism!”. The international human rights organizations “Amnesty International” and “Human Rights Watch” urge the authorities of France not to allow Ablyazov delivery to Ukraine or Russia. In their opinion, “these countries can transfer him to Kazakhstan where, he will be illegally condemned and “tortured in torture chambers”.

However, how “human rights activists” of all colors tried to intercede for the fluent oligarch, their actions only show the real face - these organizations are ready to protect any swindler, any criminal for the sake of profit or any political goals. Actually, protection of their rights doesn't interest, otherwise they would raise a question of protection of the rights of all who suffered from Ablyazov fraud. There is no matter about prosecution of “political goals” in this situation. The purpose is one only – to condemn the criminal, to indemnify the loss caused to them.

As for doubts of Frenchmen whether Mukhtar Ablyazov the thief or not and if France doesn't trust the British justice, let will take an interest at the bankers. The large French financial institutions suffered heavy losses from actions of the fugitive: “BNPParidas”, “Societe Generale”, “BREDBanquePopulaire” and “CreditAgricole”.

Some political scientists often name Ablyazov as “Kazakhstan Berezovsky”, specifying on similarity of separate episodes of their biographies. In due time both were the representatives of the scientific intellectuals, made the capital on large frauds, participated in race for power on party “democratic opposition”, both lived in exile under protection of “European democracy” and both became objectionable to it at once (in August, 2012 Berezovsky lost the multi-billion claim to Roman Abramovich. In February, 2012 the London court sentenced Mukhtar Ablyazov to 22 months of imprisonment).

Continuing this analogy, it is possible to assume that Ablyazov, as well as Berezovsky, waits a failure, ruin, loneliness and the disgraceful end – it is only a matter of time …
