My God, sake the USA …

From those ecstatic, paranoid and half-crazy persons who are at the head of the foreign policy of the United States now and influence the decision-making by the American management, differently the fate of the helper of terrorists or criminal community threatens to become to the whole world. Only the USA is in white and the world in their eyes is crap that is the shit.

On February, 1, a certain Marc Ginsberg, the former U.S. Ambassador in Morocco, has burst in maniacal delirium under the characteristic name “It is the time to stop the Russian criminal acts in Syria” in newspaper Huffington Post.

So, most likely, having stayed long time for the hot African sun and having received a shock dose of solar radiation, this so-called “diplomat” has decided to follow in the footsteps of the previous applicants for a world throne and, having got a false idea of his own importance as Napoleon at least, has decided to tell to the largest world powers, as they should conduct themselves in order not to anger the United States …

As they say, even the beginning of article inspires: mister Ginsberg speaks, having feeling the nostalgic for Africa:

- It is time to reject towards a subtlety of diplomacy and to put Russia into place, having fenced it with paling of diplomatic blockade and having put China and India there to make it even (which make the offensive actions in the UN Security Council together with Russia) and having broken thus their plot for the purpose of rescue of an illegal regime of Bashar al-Assad from the world anger. All is extremely simple. I am compelled to declare regretfully that the mean actions of the Kremlin on “process braking” and present collective international actions against an illegal Syrian regime are the equivalent to complicity in fulfillment of a heavy criminal offense. Moscow has deserved such sentence, considering the reckless blackmail and swindle of Russia in interests of Assad’s regime which transforms Syria in the field of bloody slaughter.

Further there is a characteristic for the American propagation description of unprecedented atrocities which ostensibly are done by the Syrian “outrageous persons” under the direction of “executioner” Bashar Assad:

- Using the complete support and protection of Putin regime, the safety force of Assad has passed into the bloodiest approach against the defenseless Syrians. The large Syrian cities are exposed to bombardments from tank and artillery pieces and fire is made on suburbs of Damascus which pass under control of the insurgents more and more. According to the last calculations (from the author – Who has calculated them???), more than 6500 peace Syrian citizens were lost and ten thousand people have got wounds and are exposed to tortures.



Then Mister Ginsberg completely runs into the present hysteria which is possible to name as a critical aggravation of the paranoia with good reason and threatens the Russian management passionately:

- Probably, the prime-minister Putin should use a break in the UN Security Council sessions to think of consequences of the actions. If Russia puts a veto for the resolution which represents the quite reasonable way to political settlement in Syria, so it will be as a matter of fact the voting against basic principles of the Charter of the United Nations. Therefore the considerable part of the democratic world will be indignant, but knowing Putin, won't be surprised to such turn of events.

And then, he speaks without hiding the nonconventional sexual orientation (whence the thought on joint division of bed with the Syrian president then?):

- Russia is unshakable world, “muscular force” of the Assad family throughout 50 and more years. Syria is one of the main customers of the Russian weapon, bringing considerable incomes to Moscow (the Russian weapon goes in big lots there even till that moment). But Putin has miscalculated, having decided to lay down in bed with Assad. As a result, when Assad will appear before the International court in Hague or when the hunting will start for himself as for Kaddafi, the Syrian people won't forget soon that exactly Russia connived at massacres.

This epoch-making “work” comes to an end with a following passage:

“… The reminder to the White house. The Kremlin operates in the United Nations and in mutual relations so as if there was no reboot in relations. The further deliveries of the Russian weapon to Syria in the conditions of violence escalation are similar to pouring of oil into inflaming fire. It is shocking, and it is necessary to call the Russians to account for proceeding arms deliveries to Assad. It is time to press again that button (from the author – What kind of? Nuclear?)”.

It would be desirable to remind Mister Ginsberg, who is experienced in geography, that Russia, India and China aren't the provinces of Morocco.

But quite ordinary American and even not the politician, but the former ambassador who has got a false idea of himself at least as the sun of the American democracy, finds somewhere in depths of the brain the impudence in completely not diplomatic expressions to dictate to the countries, the population which makes more than third of population of all planet, besides the owners of the nuclear weapon as they should conduct in the international relations. However it would be the big error to consider this delirium as the stated aloud thoughts of the half-crazy as the as US state secretary Hillari Clinton speaks the same:

- We know that changes are coming in Syria. Despite tough policy, the end will come to a kingdom of terror Assad regime and the people of Syria will define own destiny”, she has declared. The matter is only how many still innocent will die before this country can come nearer to the future which it deserves …

The whole world remembers the genuine delight of this madam which she directly radiated when Slobodan Milosevic has died, hung up Saddam Hussein and forced Muamar Kaddafi. Most likely, the Americans aren't able to think logically and refuse this ability to other countries, differently they would guess, that after such “emancipating and absolutely democratic” missions any, even quite peaceful and civilized head of the state will be in any ways to struggle for the power because never will agree to die of “heart attack”, to become hung up or raped … And it would be desirable to know, whether Barack Obama or Hillari Clinton are fascinated with such prospect?

Generally in traditions of the American foreign policy is to refuse the right to other people critically to perceive their actions in different regions of the world. For example, all “orange” and other “fruit-flower” revolutions begin that in this or that country of the world the non-governmental and noncommercial organizations, as though on someone's command (it is clear whose …) develop the mass protests in the beginning and the occasion of the protest can be any, beginning from the non-recognition of elections results and finishing with indignation against decrease in fruitfulness of rabbits in connection with the amplified solar activity. After that the protests develop into collisions, and, the more will be the victims, the better, as it gives an occasion ((clearly to whom …) to shake a situation in this or that state and to put some idea to the population part about “criminality” or “illegitimacy” of the power. If there are no victims or they are not enough, from the point of view of organizers, then their number can be increased: for example, having introduced the armed provokers in numbers of peace demonstrators who start to shoot at enforcement bodies and demonstrators in the fullness of time … However, such “background” can be created by means of mass media which at an X-hour will start to broadcast skillfully the forged pictures from places of “mass bloody collisions” as it happened in Libya more recently.

By the way, very few people speaks about it, but for the first time such technologies have been tested at breakdown of the Soviet Union: as it was then found out, in 1989 in Tbilisi not one person wasn't lost from the blow of sapper’s spade and what cry about “atrocities” of the commandoes then has been raised? The “unstated" third persons shot both the Lithuanians, and the Soviet special troops during the television center storm in Vilnius. The same “persons” fired on the armies which have surrounded the Russian White house during the tragic Moscow events of 1993 and some eyewitnesses testify that the shooting was made from the building of… the American embassy in Moscow!

It is possible to say so, having paraphrasing a known saying: “Tell me whom and where the US State department finances and I will tell where there will be the following “orange” revolution …

So, the financing scheme is constructed simply: the US Agency for International Development (USAID) directs a part of means received from the US State Department as grants to the American non-governmental organizations - to “International Republican Institute” (IRI) and “National Democratic Institute” (NDI). Those, in turn, allocate money in the form of “donations” to various funds. The addressee is the non-governmental organization and the donor is non-governmental too, but the primary source of money is the federal budget of the United States of America.

Such schemes carry absolutely modest and shameful definition as “mechanisms on money-laundering” in truly democratic countries. But for the USA, as it is known, another's opinion is not the decree … As the US State department testifies that 27,7 billion dollars have been allocated since 1992 when the law has been passed “Of freedom for Eurasia, appearing Eurasian democracies and support of the open markets” in the USA and till 2006 as the help to the Post-Soviet states (except for the Baltic States). Россия has received 11,4 billion dollars from them (for comparison Ukraine has received 1,3 billion, Belarus — 324 million).

The conclusion follows from all told above that the USA doesn't hide and isn’t ashamed at all of that fact that it openly finances anti-governmental and anti-state forces in many countries of the world where, in their opinion, there isn't or very few of so-called “democracy” …
It is quite probably that Mister Ginsberg wasn’t given the known theorem in Stanford and Yale: “the stick always has two ends …”
