NATO has to be on friendly terms with ODKB in Afghanistan

The known military analyst, the political scientist, the full member of Academy of Military Sciences, the director of Institute of the political and military analysis Alexander Sharavin estimated a situation in Afghanistan and in Central Asia:
- The situation in Central Asia passed today from the category of dangers to the category of threats of national security of Russia. It is already the reality, and isn't casual that exactly a number of meetings at high level, meetings of presidents was devoted to this subject.
2014 is already close when Americans with the allies will have to leave Afghanistan. They plan something to leave there, but what is… If the group in 100 thousand people couldn't hold a situation what 10 thousand can make?! Unless to protect themselves.
Let's remember how ten years ago large bands broke from Afghanistan on the territory of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan. And now they have already absolutely other opportunities while Central Asian regimes didn't become stronger. Actually there is nobody to protect except us. Well and except Americans …
On the one hand we try to prevent Americans to remain there because Karimov already agreed with Americans, left ODKB once again. He counts not on our help, but to the help of Americans. However, it is obvious that in this case NATO and ODKB have to act together, considering that threat is the general!
ODKB does a lot of in this regard, but NATO opposes, considering that there is enough cooperation on a bilateral basis with the certain states. I think that it is a temporary situation; after all NATO officials have many responsible people too who understand that it is necessary to cooperate with ODKB because the situation compels!
They, in general, not for long are going to remain there, but there will be no forces and means to resist to Taliban actions if those go to approach. And they will surely go! Even by estimates of Americans the local government will be able to hold on independently somehow only after 2016. Desertion in the Afghan army approximately is such: how many gather – escapes so much! Deserters about 60 thousand, they also run with the weapon and it is clear where … Big desertion not only in army, but also in police and in power structures. Only one person says that it becomes better after a conclusion of Americans there– the president Karzai …
Chinese will never go there and especially Russia. In Afghanistan now only the American and British military really act; the others only designate the presence.
The decision to strengthen the Tajik-Afghan border, to create corporation on development of Central Asia is now made. Our frontier guards left Tajikistan and president Rahmon understood that he wouldn’t remain sitting if the guys come from Afghanistan. It is necessary to be protected, but there is nobody to help except us! It means, it is necessary to strengthen border – probably that the Russian frontier guards will return there. Will be, as well as on our military base: are the officers Russian, and soldiers are local. It is necessary to tell that Tajiks are very good at war.
It is possible to remember still that West Europeans and Japanese promised the big help to Afghanistan, but nobody gave after all! Because considered that Talibs are already won and there are no need to put money now … And Talibs revived and now it is too late.
Chinese today are the only who builds objects in Afghanistan. They don't interfere with the conflicts, but engaged in only concrete fields. This is their practice. Hindus build as well. As for Pakistan, its role is simply fantastic. After all the Taliban was generated by intelligence services of Pakistan. And today Pakistan supervises and helps Talibs. But after all Pakistan is the ally of the USA! Absurdity: it turns out that the ally of the USA supports the Taliban which kills the American soldiers …
