“Opposition” is the political strategy project of the Ukrainian party in power

Leaders of opposition arrange “tea drinking” with the President in Mezhigorye and the party in power finances the actions against itself – the questions of the World and We Internet portal are answered by the First secretary of the Odessa regional committee of KPU, the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of the VI convocation Evgeny Igorevich Tsarkov.

- Comment on your statement for need of the termination of dating of the western areas from the east. In your opinion, how much is it realized and how sharply now is this question in Ukraine?

It is the reaction to those actions which carry out local governments and executive power of the Western Ukraine. It is obvious that all local governments have to submit to laws of Ukraine. But in a case to these areas there is a paradox. There is a law of Ukraine “About Victory perpetuation in the Great Patriotic War”, “About use of the Red Flag of the Victory” and others. At the same time the western areas started giving out grants to collaborators, fascist henchmen from municipal budgets.

And as it is the centralized financial means, at the expense of taxpayers of the South and the East of Ukraine, whose grandfathers perished during the Great Patriotic War, exempted the country and the world from fascism, these criminals, helpers of fascists are financed from our pockets, whom, let it sounds rigidly it is necessary to shoot.

Certainly, this statement isn't sent against each citizen living in Lviv or Ivano-Frankovsk. I urge to live within means. After all 7 million of “labour migrants” who wash the pots in Europe, don't pay here taxes on the money earned there. Thus, it turns out that the Western Ukraine is financed from our pocket. Therefore everything has to be on justice. If the Lvov area, Ternopol or Galicia earn money, let live on this money. But now it turns out that the Southeast is the donor for these subsidized areas, and they build monuments to Banderovites on our money, open the monuments to fascist henchmen, take down symbols of the Soviet era.

Therefore we offer only one thing - if you treat the Southeast of Ukraine with such hatred, then live within means that the taxpayer of Odessa, Donetsk or the Crimea didn't finance fascism development in our country. It is sure that this absolutely fair requirement - in such situation we want that the money earned here, remained in local budgets or went on development only those initiatives which are supported by the legislation.

- How do you estimate the results of the oppositional action “Get Up, Ukraine” and its finishing action on May 18?

Possibly, only the extremely naive person doesn't see that these “oppositional” actions are the directed actions from the beginning and up to the end. Possibly, the most reasonable (and highly paid) political strategists work in the party in power. Possibly, the so-called “leaders of opposition” once a month and even more often “drink tea” with the President in Mezhigorye. And it is obvious to all that it is the toy, pocket opposition the activity of which is adjusted on elections of 2015 that the party in power won a victory again. And for this purpose they intend to remove Tyahnybok in the second round of presidential election. In this situation the majority of voters, comparing the ardent neo-Nazi and even if the bad, bothered present president, choosing the smaller evil, will give the voices for Yanukovych.

As for others “leaders of opposition”, it is well known long ago, for example, about Yatsenyuk's “adherence to principles”, about his cooperation with the power – I’m as the parliamentarian, observed his such actions.

It is favourable to the power that there was such doll opposition. Besides the Ukrainian opposition can already be assigned the numbers – many “oppositional” forces are created there. Klitschko, Yatsenyuk, Tymoshenko – certainly, the oppositional blocks in such quantity are favourable to the authorities. Also Lutsenko let out with the same purpose - creation of one more competing group on party in power money.

Therefore it isn't necessary seriously to perceive the results of this action. 5-10 years ago in our country it was shameful that people were employed on political actions for money. And now since morning they receive money in Bankovaya and will take the necessary number of people in the evening and arrange circus: “Down with the criminal power” And on this principle “divide and dominate” all try to drive in 2015, to receive the dividends. The party in power is to leave the president and “to carol” people in a two-chamber parliament. And the opposition seeks to snatch the piece on idea of division of the country. And if earlier the communication between the power and opposition disappeared, it was difficult to simple people to guess it, now the situation is different. Even according to comments in social networks it is obvious that the majority of people see this “circus”. And it is not well-known political scientists, not employees of the political or diplomatic organizations, but simple people. And it is obvious to them that all these representations are arranged “to part” people, to distract them from the real problems. For the solution of this task there is an opposition, nationalists and, unfortunately, homosexuals with their “parades” who were added not so long ago. Certainly, nobody seriously perceives these actions.

Thanks to experience of the management of the party organization, I can see many technical moments which accompany these actions - how many drive militias, how strongly works the Security Service of Ukraine, introduces the agents, preventive conversations with an asset which can be radical. And according to the high-ranking and ordinary staff of law-enforcement structures, nobody is afraid “insurgents” as the lists of participants merge from the party in power in advance which finances and supervises these processes. Thus ordinary participants of the action can not know about it, but the power precisely knows that it has nothing to worry. For example, on an action in Vinnytsa they can “pay” participation of 10 thousand people, but organizers and performers still should steal something, it means five thousand will be. For ordinary participants these trips are 150 hryvnias to the family income. But these actions nobody perceives seriously these actions as, for example, once the action “Ukraine without Kuchma”.

- Were the anti-actions against opposition under the slogan “To Europe - without fascists” organize also by the same principle?

It is not a secret in our country that All-Ukrainian Union “Svoboda” was actually tightened in parliament, including for the opposition organization between the extremely left and the extremely right. Also it is made in order that inhabitants of the East and the West of Ukraine didn't reflect, why at seeming contrast of the political forces dominating in these regions (“white-blue” and nationalists, respectively) are observed the same problems - equally high tariffs, corruption, plunder of means, bad roads, etc. And that people couldn't see distinctly that all these problems were the generation of all state system as a whole, in our country the strategy of pushing by foreheads on an “anti-fascist” subject is chosen.

Still being on the first term, this party in power already made gross mistakes in such political strategies. For example, in Kharkov, obviously not the nationalist region, the Patriot of Ukraine organization quietly bossed. And I, being the participant of anti-fascist actions from Communist Party of Ukraine, on the Khreshchatyk saw how prepared there came these people from Kharkov - even “Golden eagle” was put in asphalt.

Further development of these political strategies already borders on the frank farce. Since morning the calls to schools, regional administrations, to social workers are made, and then necessary number of people will take by buses. I was on these actions, talked to people - the dachshund depends on how many somebody stole from the budget allocated for action. One was paid 100 hryvnias, another 150. And, of course, dismissal threat from work is used. Therefore citizens everywhere where these so-called “anti-fascist” meetings passed saw that it is the next political strategy from the party in power - it has no relation to reality. In the morning in the regional centre the anti-fascist meeting is removed and during the lunchtime the Party of Regions votes for perpetuation of memory of heroes Krut or Joseph Slipoy.

Thus, they hold such meeting in the beginning, and then in a plenary hall vote for giving of the status of heroes to fascist collaborators. And it is clear to all that they have no other way out as to develop this subject by 2015, continuing to divide the society. And danger of a similar campaign is obvious to all who went to school - it is known from history that round-shouldered, not able to speak Hitler wasn't perceived in society in due time at all. In forecasts on elections nobody gave him more than 3-7% of votes’ percent. And it is known to all what it ended.

Nationalists created quite strong group from odious persons who actively were “conducted” in due time by intelligence services. Farion who was the only member of CPSU on a course, now became the representative of anti-Sovietism. The parents of Mikhalchishin and Ilyenko were people rather succeeding in Soviet period. And danger was that possessing the prepared shots, the gin of neo-Nazism can be very easily let out from a bottle. There is a real danger of emergence of numerous provocations before elections to give nationalists a free hand.

The set of the facts testifies to close connection of the power and opposition. So, for example, in the Odessa regional council where the majority of places are for the members of the Party of Regions, vote for the decision on transfer of the Palace of students to deputy Kirilenko, the head of “Svoboda” in Odessa region and the Prosvita organization, to these nationalist henchmen. And this room isn't provided neither to Chernobyl veterans, nor Afghans, the patriotic organizations who need it much more.

One more example is connected with Farion who organized a trip on the South of Ukraine with presentation of the book proclaiming the nationalist requirements and crushing the Russian language. We found out that the venue of this presentation in Odessa is certain “Banking house”, belongs to regional Leonid Klimov who is the adviser of the president and one of functionaries of Party of Regions.

And such examples exist in each area and the city. Therefore “opposition” which will happen between the members of the Party of Regions and nationalists at a final stage of elections is the obvious farce. According to our data, for ensuring arrangement to nationalists, the districts over all country, including the Russian-speaking regions “are already fixed”.

- In Odessa the decisions on a ban of nationalist symbolic were made not so long ago. Can you tell about this event more detailed?

Such case is the first in recent years. The Anti-fascist committee acts under the auspices of KPU in Ukraine - the organization which was created in 1949 and it includes all countries of an anti-Hitlerite coalition, it is the joint member of the UN. From our party and this organization we addressed with the letter to the members of the Party of Regions as this decision couldn't be made by our quantity of voices. Originally this decision wasn't voted in the City Council. After that we developed a number of actions, dishonouring the members of the Party of Regions and after that the decision was made after all.

It is rather legally thought over. It was done by both our specialists deputies, and expert management of a regional council under the direction of his head. Today, really, it is impossible to apply the symbolic of SS battalions “Galicia”, “Nachtigal” and collaborators, and we carry OUN to them, therefore OUN flag is beyond the law today. The responsibility for violation of the decision is entered at regional level. I can tell that while we had no such cases of violation. If they are - we will attract these people with the asset, find through video and photographing. Therefore now this document works. Besides, it works at the territory of all area - many areas accepted the same statements.
