Rusyns have confirmed a course of independence and recognition by Russia

The joint (World and European) Congress of under the Carpathians Rusyns took place on March 26. This is already the second Congress which Rusyns have spent online through the Internet. 67 delegates from Ukraine, Czech Republic, Hungary, Russia, Slovakia, Latvia, the USA and other countries have taken part in its work. The projects of documents of the Congress have preliminary been sent to all participants. If someone had remarks, they have been processed and brought in the total document of the Congress. The 7th European Congress of under the Carpathians Rusyns and the 4th World Congress of under the Carpathians Rusyns have been accepted according to the results of the Congress

This document points that one “of the main problems of Rusyns nation in Ukraine in the conditions of a rigid 19-year-old ethnocide is non-recognition of legitimate rights and freedom and discrimination of under the Carpathians Rusyns by Ukraine, judicial reprisals, the total planned replacement by the Ukrainian authorities of the most part of able-bodied population of Trans-Carpathians – under the Carpathians Russia abroad – from their native Rusyn earth and sovereign country. A whole complex of national threats, humanitarian accidents, problems for a long time already having obvious signs of a genocide of Rusyn people have arisen in this situation for Rusyn nation and its leaders”.

The interdiction for recognition of Rusyn people, its national territory, the sovereign rights having the international recognition since 1919 are among the signs of a genocide fixed by the representatives of Rusyns. There is an obvious threat of life and health of the Rusyns people, who live in the houses with a low standard of living and Rusyn guest workers who work in humiliating, heavy and dangerous, almost slavish conditions abroad. Also crisis of thousand young Rusyn families, their disintegration, absence of conditions of children birth, their high-grade education, training and house job search looks obviously planned. The total information blockade of Rusyn people, its mass-media, interdiction of Rusyn schools and even classes, counteraction to development of Rusyn cultures and sciences proceeds.

Nevertheless, the surrounding validity changes very quickly that influences transformation movement of Rusyns in struggle for independence. It is a question of processes of globalization with plans of declaration of Great Hungary, Great Romania, the Great Galichina able to mention the national territory of Rusyns and their national rights in the center of Europe and neighbors and the mighty of this world. Besides, they change a geopolitical deal of "revolution" in the North Africa as justifications of infringement of the rights of the sovereign countries and the people, the growth of the general protest moods specifying as the people feel approach of the international troubles and humanitarian accidents. Against the background of it, the increase of the prices and the accelerated falling of a standard of living in predefault Ukraine gallop according to the international economists opinion. Thus, "businessmen" from Kiev and the east of Ukraine buy up Rusyn earths and objects of real estate.

The joint Congress of Rusyn people stated an invariability of a strategic problem – a lawful reconstruction of pre-Soviet status of parent Rusyn states and recognitions him by EU and the Russian Federation. According to the opinion of the delegates of the Congress, the future bankruptcy of the Ukrainian power which has transformed the country in a concentration camp for the small people, striking their ethnocide and genocide on their Rusyn earth is obvious. Having considering this, the legitimacy of the government of under the Cartpathians Russia created in 1992 in Mukachevo and updated on October 25, 2008, as well as its right to enter the official relations with foreign subjects was confirmed.

But the desire of Rusyns authorities to a legitimization meet on refined counteraction of the Ukrainian special services. The last one operates in several directions. First, the task of an official Kiev is to split Rusyn national movement. In particular, the parallel pseudo-Rusyn organizations-structures for braking and imitation of absence of the consent in Rusyn movement are created for this purpose. Secondly, according to the opinion of the delegates of the Congress, special service of Ukraine control the fomentation of international disagreement by the Ukrainian nationalist organizations as "Freedom" in Trans-Carpathians which really operate as the branches of special services of Ukraine.

Among other things, it is underlined in resolution that the state 19-year-old ethnocide, discrimination and a genocide of under the Carpathians Rusyns in Ukraine have forced them to begin a search of protection frames from the Ukrainian nazism through a dual citizenship of neighboring countries of EU, it is preferable Czech Republic and Hungary. It became clear from the fact that Budapest has proclaimed the protection of all descendants of citizens of the former Hungarian state, in the structure of which an independent Rusyn statehood “Ruska Kraina” was formed on December 21, 1918.

However the cooperation with Russia for Rusyns is not less priority, than interaction with the European Union and its members. Rusyns achieve the recognition and expand the interaction with Russian national patriotic and orthodox organizations which, as well as Rusyns, still keep ancient Russian feeling. The attempts are proceeding to adjust the dialogue with state structures of the Russian Federation, to inform them about the truth on a situation in Trans-Carpathians and under the Carpathians Russia. Rusyns support the development and preservation of the Russian language in under Carpathians Russia, as the language of international dialogue, a literary language of all east Slavs.
