Saakashvili covets Yushchenko laurels

Envy is very bad sense – it knows everybody. One is taught about it even in kindergarten. It is not known exactly to the international general public circles in what kindergarten went president of Georgia Mikhail Saakashvili…And it is not known in general whether he went to such institution or no…However the other thing is known: his “brother” Victor Yushchenko loose president elections in Ukraine with disgrace.

There are many similar things in biographies of these two men:
- They came to highest authority in their states almost at the same time – in 2004 – on wave of nationalism and radical opposition to governing regimes – expatriates from soviet party and economic nomenclature - Shevarnadze and Kuchma.
- They couldn’t overcome social-economic difficulties and were forced to fawn upon USA and European Union to get solemn financial help to keep authority and to unite forces around themselves giving “spice cakes” to political elites of their states. Both presidents took course to enter NATO and European Union and in order to deserve blessing and support from main sponsor and patron – establishment of the USA, they began hysterical information-propaganda campaign against Russia according to stirring up by Russophobic transoceanic “customers”.

And finally, these two presidents understood their precarious political position and saw boiling hate and fury of became beggar people around themselves – began to rouse national hatred to minorities purposively and cynically blaming “came in numbers foreigners” in all troubles with obvious purpose to unite around themselves ethnic majority and to direct their negative energy against found internal “enemy” as usually happened in years of discord – if authorities have no brain and experience to overcome critical situation in different way. Otherwise this angry energy of disturbed people will sweep them away and throw from state throne mercilessly. All totalita¬rian regimes are always afraid of this panically…

Yushchenko didn’t succeed to start bloody carnage, he had time only to bestow title Heroes of Ukraine to Bandera and Shukhevich, to cause East and West of Ukraine to quarrel and to create also territorial problems with other states, but Saakashvili attacked Tshinval “successfully” and victoriously run to Tbilisi together with his troops not forgetting to chew his own tie. Two presidents became bosom friends and partners, merged in one mafioso-like “family” conducting commom anti-Russian policy consciously. It is not a secret they and their families are friends really, are guests of each other often, and Saakashvili’s family hid in Crimea in residence of Ukraine president on invitation by Yushchenko in time of Georgian-Ossetian conflict for every “fire” case in order not to fall into hands of heated by war Ossetians. And president of Ukraine like family member silently and in fact for a song (in circumvention of Ukrainian Law, govern¬ment and parliament) provided delivery of Ukrainian armament – first of all tanks and anti-aircraft defence systems – for military complex of Saakashvili before invasion to South Ossetia.

But here is last new from Georgian fronts: yesterday on Tuesday parliament of Georgia adopted “Chapter of Freedom” which in particular introduces restrictions for former collaborates of special services of Soviet Union, former top managers of communist party and Komsomol, prescribes not to use fascist and communist symbols in public places, and to set control over financial flows from abroad.

Chapter was approved unanimously. 91 deputy voted “yes”.
Row of regulations become effective just now, before 1 January 2012, but remained part from 1 January 2012.
“Chapter of Freedom” purpose is eradication, in accordance to international principles and norms, encroachments to basics of state security, terrorism and crimes against state. Chapter is called to promote effective functioning of legislative norms for provision of national security and democratic development of state, and, correspondently, to organize preventive measures for counteraction to communist and fascist ideology, is said in preamble of document.
Part of Chapter concerning lustration provides introduction of official restrictions for former collaborates of special services of Soviet Union, former top managers of communist party and Komsomol. These people can’t work in representative or executive bodies, Council of Security, Cabinet of Ministers, hold posts of department chairmen and in president administration, parlia¬ment machinery, governmental chancellery, regulating commissions.

Restrictions will be for work of this category in ministries of defence and interior, operative subdivisions in rank of vice-colonel and higher. They also can’t hold posts of judges, leaders of higher education institutions, pro-rectors, deans and heads of a chair. It will be also impossible to be in leadership of Public television or to be member of regulating council for them.
Persons are subject to lustration must bow during month after entry into force of law otherwise special commission will make public information about them.

Persons collaborated with special services of Soviet Union will be able to take part in elections only after voters will know this information.
Second part of Chapter, “Act of patriot” – is batch of anti-terror measures that foresee guard of strategic buildings and constructions, monitoring of so called “conditional borders”, and also monitoring of cargoes imported in Georgia, and principal financial transactions.
It is intended inclusion in unified base of Ministry of the Interior of all strategic and important objects such as airports, ports, central and junction stations, underground stations, bridges, places of people gathering.

In addition law in draft obliges government of Georgia, ministry of finance, ministry of economy, National bank, migration and civil services, ministry of defence, natural and legal persons to transfer to Ministry of the Interior in frames of competence information concerning acts of terror and crimes of other kind.

Ministry of finance, ministry of economy, National bank of Georgia, commercial banks are oblidged to inform law machinery about principal financial transactions from abroad to prevent crimes, detection of terrorist organizations and sources of their financing.

Commission which will consider registers of persons fall within lustration must be created by president and every fraction of Parliament of Georgia will represent one person.
Commission will have at it's disposal from corresponding bodies materials about secret agents of soviet special services during six months after entry into force of law.
Commission will have also function of consideration and making decisions on eradication of communist or fascist symbols, cult constructions, monuments, names of streets if it propagan-dizes communist or fascist ideology.

So, what conclusions are following from that all?
We will not even speak that this Chapter creates all conditions for unrestricted dictator-fascist authority of one man - Mikhail Saakashvili, it doesn’t demand proofs simply.
Firstly, Mikhail Saakashvili was member of Komsomol some time. He even graduated from Kiev Institute of International Affairs though yet in 1988 he was thrown from institute and excludeв from Komsomol for quite impartial faults. Therefore Parliament of Georgia adopted Chapter must ask both itself and Saakashvili how can former member of Komsomol be president? Disorder, gentlemen!
Secondly, method by Central Intelligence Agency “Institute of wives” used for Saakashvili as technology of “agents of influence” recruiting and control over leadership of “friendly states” failed in Ukraine yet and is continuing in Georgia for the present as far as Central Intelligence Agency has no other levers of influence to Georgian people.
As it is known, wife of Yushchenko Katerina Chumachenko and wife of Saakashvili Sandra Rufols had and have now close contact (not sexual) with Central Intelligence Agency.
And finally thirdly. Now Ukraine forgot practically about it’s creator of “Golodomor” who loose president election with disgrace – will of people removed him from Olympus of authority. Anti-russian and anti-soviet rhetoric failed overwhelmingly and Ukrainian nation except small mino¬rity in the West of Ukraine welcomed decision of authority to hang red flags in Victory Day on all state institutions.

Probably Saakashvili covets laurels of his child godfather Victor Yushchenko. Saakashvili wants to become political body very much too...Maybe such sadomasochism is hobby of own type? Or this is hereditary disease for all alumni of “Institute of wives”?
