South Ossetia builds new life!

When the matter into mass media is about South Ossetia, alas, stereotypes join at once: often journalists don’t want to see anything, except a subject of last war and overcoming of consequences of the Georgian aggression. And after all the republic actively develops, and it is turned not in yesterday, but in tomorrow! And at desire it is easy to be convinced of it.

For example, for the development of South Ossetia the construction project through Big Caucasian ridge of a branch line Alagir — Tskhinvali which will have the extent of 140 kilometers is very important.
Its emergence will allow the Russian Railway to come to Transcaucasia the shortest way.
Already there is a project, and the most essential is that the railroad will pass near the Kvaisinsk zinc-lead field that will allow to begin the development of new perspective fields of non-ferrous metals.

The Intergovernmental commission on social and economic cooperation between South Ossetia and Russia works actively. Recently the changes were made to the Investment program of assistance to social and economic development of the Republic of South Ossetia. So, the main construction objects determined the high school No. 7, the building of Drama Theater and the State Cinema and Chermen concert hall. Discoveries of these objects are waited in the republic very much, the local press wrote much about it.

The special attention is paid on destiny of the State museum of local lore in Tskhinvali. In 1991 the armed gangster formations from Georgia seized the museum building, the most part of exhibits took out to North Ossetia on storage, and part of them was lost. The old building is in an accident condition therefore in 2012 made the decision on construction of the new building of Museum of local lore. It will be the modern four-storeyed building. The project was included just to Investment program assistance to social and economic development of South Ossetia for 2014. In the building there will be rooms for storage of funds, art gallery, museum library.

South Ossetia always was famous for the athletes. Therefore the active construction of sports complex of Alina Kabayeva in Tskhinvali so pleases all inhabitants of the republic. Leading of engineering networks and territory improvement round a new complex is planned to finish soon. Constructions of sport center is of great importance for the republic, after all from the 90th any new sport center here wasn’t constructed, and existing one came to an unsatisfactory state and don’t meet modern standards any more.

The great value is attached also to construction completion of station of biological sewage treatment of the capital of the republic. Earlier the sewage got directly to the river Liakhva. Old treatment facilities already became useless therefore the decision to build the new was made.

It will be the station meeting the most modern requirements where it is supposed to make diverse purification of waters. Today the main amount of works is already executed, balancing and commissioning begins. It is supposed that the station of biological cleaning will work by the end of this summer.

But not only of the development of the capital think in South Ossetia. Positive news of the last time: The Tskhinvali garment factory «BTK-4» opens new workshops in areas. The director Kazbek Kochiyev declared that opening of factory offices is planned in the city of Kvaysa, Leningorsk and Znaursk areas. He commented on this decision: «The the opening of new workshops the number of workers of sewing business will increase to 300−400 people. We are interested in attraction of young personnel».
