The Internet has to belong to all mankind instead of the USA

In the next interview to the Canadian journalist Argyl Turner the opponent of the known American politician Brzezinski Zbigniew tells about secret methods of work of intelligence services of the USA and Great Britain in the world and Russia. He heads “Centre of political forecasting and analysis” for long time which works in the sphere of interests of the known American corporation “RAND Corporation”.

- Mr. Zbigniew, you long time analyze the methods and ways of influence of the USA and all Anglo-Saxon civilization on other world. Are any features of similar impact on the countries of the former USSR and, first of all, on Russia?

- Yes, certainly. After the crash of the numerous integrated campaigns of the western civilization to Russia from which the sad and most known for their organizers became Napoleon Bonaparte and Adolf Hitler's invasions, it became clear that the armed ways of fight concerning Russia without long preliminary preparation are unpromising. And in case of its victory as it was in 1945, the defeat in operations threatens an aggressor with total loss of the status of the world power, on the one hand, and, on the other hand, considerable strengthening of Russia.

Understanding of this fact became the reason of changes in the policy directed on easing and the subsequent partition, and, probably, elimination of Russia.

I would divide the realization of this policy into three stages: theoretical, preparatory and practical.

The first of them falls on 1945 – 1956 years. At this time methods of impact on elite of the USSR for its destruction and the subsequent degradation were developed by the corresponding secret services and foreign policy departments of the USA and Great Britain.

However very few people know, but at the end of October, 1939 the “Memorandum No. 5736/G” prepared by English military investigation was submitted to the English government.

Actually it was the long-term action program directed on destabilization of situation in a number of the Soviet republics of Central Asia and Transcaucasia, recommending, in particular, carrying out a complex of the operations “with the use of religious, anti-Russian and nationalist feelings and that fierce the hatred which the present regime in many segments of the population has to cause to itself”.

That is, actually Great Britain opposed on the party of Nazi Germany in war preparation against the USSR.

And in January, 1948 the congress of the USA adopted the law No. 402 ordering to the American mass media, working for the abroad, “to make regular and systematic impact on public opinion of other people”.

On April 15, 1950 U.S. president Truman approved the confidential directive No. 68 developed by National Security council in which the Soviet Union was declared as “enemy No 1” and the task “was set to provide a basic change of the nature of the Soviet system, to seed seeds of its destruction in this system, to encourage and support disorders and mutinies in the elite, strategically important located countries — neighbours of the USSR”.

Together with intelligence services of the USA the British investigation MI-6 actively worked which developed and realized the plan “Liote” directed on decomposition of unity of communistic camp. The richest English experience of bleeding of the movements, oppositional to the British crown was thus used. The authorship of a plan belongs to the deputy director of MI-6 colonel Valentine Vivian.

The plan contained theoretically reasonable offers on creation of such situation as a result of which the leaders of the European Communist Parties and the Soviet heads would be compelled to fight against each other.

This instruction provided actually all aspects of the mechanism of “set by the ears”. So Edward Snowden's present “issue” actually didn't open something new.

However, the truth is opened now to amazed Europeans that now it is possible to claim with complete certainty: the world Anglo-Saxon government substantially operates the world and thus regarded as nothing even the allies on NATO who don't belong to this Anglo-Saxon camp.

Standing up for a freedom of speech in the Internet and human rights, the USA appeared “wolf in sheep's clothing” in practice.

The second stage was connected with the numerous local conflicts during which the ways of neutralization of national focused and patriotically adjusted elite in these states were fulfilled on many countries. There were hundreds of such episodes. Last of them is Yugoslavia, Iraq, Libya.

The third practical stage on destruction and a partition of Russia will begin soon.

- And what occurs now?

- In the world the carrying out of well developed and purposefully realized company on situation destabilization, first of all, in the Middle East and even in continental Europe is observed.

It should be noted that actually the United States of America and Great Britain are interested in it which effectively minimize the consequences of economic and political crisis in such way, first of all.

In this sense the USA don't spare and the allies, for example, the latest events in Turkey visually confirm it.
In this regard the special attention is drawn recently by widely developed company on legalization of same-sex marriages and granting the social and political rights to representatives of LGBT-community.

Deliberate and extremely aggressive strategy of activization of the matter has the purpose of destruction of moral and ethical bases of functioning of human society that gives the chance to organizers of this process to redistribute the powers of authority in own favour.

The conflict on this matter ripens even in the USA, the southern states categorically don't agree with a position of the president Obama and the federal authorities.

However, it has nobody to surprise, the people of the USA often appear almost the first object of use of new methods of control over human society.

Projecting and inflating the so-called LGBT-problem on different regions of the world, including the USA, the world Anglo-Saxon government realize the theory of “operated conflicts” in full accordance with Brzezinski Zbigniew proposals.

It is a support of so-called insurgents in Syria, in Egypt – overthrow of the president Murcia, in Turkey “ecological” requirements became the reason of national excitements at all.

The purpose of the USA is strengthening of the influence around the world, and the more will be the conflicts, the less will be opponents, including in the economic sphere, in those regions where these conflicts inflame. In this sense Europe and even NATO block aren't the allies for the Americans and Turkey is a good example to that.

Do you know that “each comes up alone”… Such policy allows not to allow excessive strengthening of economic and political power of the European Union and in the block of NATO “to attach” his members as it was in Yugoslavia or Iraq.

- Are any features in carrying out of such policy concerning Russia?

- As Brzezinski Zbigniew spoke many times, Russia, and, in a general sense, all Eurasia is “main prize” for America. Therefore all above-mentioned conflicts are the private stages of implementation of the known plan “Anaconda Loop”. Kindling the conflicts in close proximity to borders of Russia, Washington approaches “instability arch” to it more and more.

America is faced by a complex challenge: to strengthen and keep the positions of the world leader, not to allow further strengthening of a role of China including at the expense of Russia, and also to provide the subordinated role of Europe.

As we see, the main link of the solution of this task is Russia with its inexhaustible natural resources and the being reduced population.

Certainly, openly nobody speaks about it, but I precisely know that among the American establishment there is an influential group which considers that in the future it is quite possible to agree about the section of Russia between the USA, China, Japan and some European countries.

- Do you consider such scenario feasible?

- Quite. Zbigniew many times told me how it will become. The main activity of the USA is the Internet and social networks.
I already had to tell about Brzezinski 's book “Grand chessboard”.

Now I want to express the opinion on other his book “One more chance. Three president and crisis of the American superstate”. Having read it, I didn't keep and called Zbigniew.

- Listen, Zbigniew, I told him, at last you began to think soberly. You recognized about what I spoke to you many times: The USA failed all directions of the activity on finding of global leadership. Especially I liked here this question from your book: “How America directed?” and your answer to it: “If to answer briefly, so badly …”.

- And what you were answered by Brzezinski?

He recognized some defeats of the USA, but told that they have some trumps concerning Russia …

- And what did he mean?

- Internet and in general mass media, television and cinema. And I consider that Zbigniew is right...

Before speaking about the influence of the Internet and other mass media on a condition of society, I would like to pay attention to that fact that after disintegration of the USSR the public consciousness in Russia was privatized by a small group of persons who consider themselves to have the right to dictate the point of view to all society which is created by those centres of the Anglo-Saxon world government. There are many proofs to that …

But before giving them, I would like to note the following:

Nobody, except Russians, isn't able to die for the country so.

But now they are deprived by the rights to this heroism. Moreover, backdating, their ancestors who were heroes were deprived also by this right.

Now about proofs.

There are the examples of the mass organized information: so, the board member of the Russian Federation state corporation of “Rosnanotekhnologiya” and, in combination, public figure Leonid Gozman before the celebration of the Victory Day in Russia compared the Soviet counterintelligence SMERSH to SS armies.

Alfred Koch, one of the first privatizator of the all-Soviet state ownership, on the eve of the next anniversary of attack of Nazi Germany to the USSR claimed that “… the plan “Barbarossa” is a plan of a preventive, pre-emptive strike. Stalin wanted to attack Europe, and Hitler outstripped him. It was the despair act from Germany …”.

The member of "Coordination council of opposition" Olga Romanova, making comments on opening the Federal military memorial cemetery in Russia, declared: “… Chelobityevo is an excellent place and the name is suitable. Shoygu put the first stone of a cemetery of house animals...”

Earlier Maria Arbatov, the feminist, told: “During the period, I don't remember, since what year, apparently in a decade, at Stalin 500 thousand women were shot and gynecologists at the time of abortion ban. I don't want to come back at the same time”.

Journalist Julia Latynina claimed not so long ago that academician Vavilov was shot, Goebbels was hung up and Copernicus was burned.

For any people similar statements are an insult of national memory.

Each time such information throws cause mass public discussion.

Activization of statements, statements and speeches of representatives of the Russian liberal community, increase in number of publications in the Russian segment of the Internet on similar subjects always or nearly always coincide on time with similar events from external anti-Russian sources.

Quite reasonable question: if to call it the accident, what is then regularity?

Here is, for example, Toomas Ilves's words, the president of Estonia: “The Russians banished hundreds thousands of Estonians to Siberia”. Moreover that it was done not by “Russians”, but “Soviet”, but here are the objective figures:

Before war in 1941:

In Lithuania 5664 persons were arrested, 10187 people were moved, totally 15851 persons were repressed.
In Latvia 5625 people were arrested, 9546 people were moved, totally 15171 persons were repressed.
In Estonia 3178 people were arrested, 5978 people were moved, totally 9156 people were repressed.
And in1949 year … 20535 Estonians went to the East.

That is out of the question about any hundred thousand people.

Similar absolutely false information is spread from the uniform centre and often repeats. Mass repressions which weren’t, oppression of other people of the USSR which actually actively developed and increased the number, the penal battalions, which allegedly went into battle under machine guns of armies of People's Commissariat for Internal Affairs that never was too …

As a rule, one false message is repeatedly quoted that creates full illusion of its validity.

In Russia as I already spoke, the representatives of a liberal wing of society are engaged in such promotion. Actually, by our assessment, they make no more than 3-5 percent from the total number of the population of Russia, however take predominating positions in mass media.

Even in the most superficial analysis it is clearly visible that their performances and peaks of information activity on time coincide with same which are made from the anti-Russian forces from abroad – an aggressive wing of Republican Party of the USA, All-Ukrainian Union “Svoboda” in Ukraine, politicians in Poland, the Baltic States, Georgia, Moldova, Romania, Hungary and some other.

It is obvious that it is not accident, but the true regularity. In this sense sometimes it is surprising to observe the reaction of the Russian ruling circles and all society as a whole, namely its total absence.

- And in what do you see the reason? Is it true that among the popular bloggers advancing such subjects, the vast majority is not real people, but phantoms?

- I think that Edward Snowden told not all. In particular, having told about the world shadowing, he reserved the most important data and while is silent about those structures of National security agency of the USA and MI-6 of Great Britain which just deal with issues of formation of virtual public opinion and management.

In particular the Central command of Air Forces of the USA widely uses the special computer program by means of which the military create a set of “a fictitious identity” in the Internet, used then for distribution of misinformation and introduction to groups in social networks.

The program allows the operator to operate tens and hundred online persons from the same workstation, without being afraid to be opened.

By means of false IP addresses such system creates visibility of presence of the user in the world preset area, at the same time masking its belonging to intelligence services of the USA.

There were precedents when fictitiously created character, literally for some days found the true popularity as it happened, for example, with phantom of Santiago Svallou.

The computer, linguistic and semantic analysis which is systemically carried out by our centre, showed how it is realized. It is possible to tell with full confidence, the USA and Great Britain not only watch, they also operate the human consciousness in the Internet with different degree of success.

Thus they combine the work of limited number of real people, whose work is paid by means of some non-profit organizations and different grants and a huge number of “a fictitious identity” which it is formed according to the ANB and MI-6 programs.

Such structures have pyramidal construction. The limited number of generously paid real bloggers forms a content provided by it from external sources in a network. It is extended further by the following bloggers who already less paid. And further the paid commentators and the centres “a fictitious identity” are connected.

For example, in Georgia the bloggers Giorgi Jakhaia (cyxymu.livejournal.com), Oleg Panfilov (olegpanfilov2.livejournal.com), Gela Vasadze (gelavasadze.livejournal.com), Natalia Sidamonidze (5nata5.livejournal.com), Taimuraz Blumgardt (blumgardt.livejournal.com), Shimerli (shimerli.livejournal.com) enter into such network.

The same picture is in Ukraine, Moldova, the Baltic States.

In the Ukrainian segment of the Internet, for example, the vast majority of the standard comments rehabilitating of a crime of the Ukrainian nationalists arrives from the same IP address, which is identified as being in the building to the address “Area of independence, 20-22” where the state enterprise of Ukraine “Ukrposhta” settles down. It proves that there is any state structure behind them.

In Russia, except figures of liberal sense like Gozman, Golts, Romanova, Kokh, Latynina and others, the pseudonyms Igor Kondrashov, Alan Petrov, Yury Krylov and much others are present at social networks. As a rule, some such “a fictitious identity”, virtual phantoms are in a network round the clock, others come many times in day.

Every day they spread in a Russian-speaking network the forged anti-Russian, anti-Soviet materials of the same orientation. By our calculations, every day in journal, social networks and such network editions popular in Russia as “Maxpark” and “Newsland” of one hundred such works are published with figures and volume everyone in tens and hundreds thousands signs.

Certainly, it is impossible to one person to perform such work – it can be done only by specialized institute which develops and provides the information operations.

After the publication of such material the responses of the necessary contents are generated on it in an automatic regime, partially the live people receiving for it money participate in pseudo-discussions therefore the visitor has a full illusion of the recovered discussion of a subject.

I consider that the Russian management doesn’t realize the danger of information war up to the end. It is thought that the reason in it is disproportionate big representation among the Russian ruling circles of politicians of liberal sense, for whom independence of the country is simply the empty phrase.

- How do you consider with what the long-term, plentifully financed campaign for discredit of the people of the USSR and their role in world history is connected?

- It is obvious. In case of its success the people of the former USSR lose historical memory of the whole three generations, as it is considered to take 25 years as the average life expectancy of one generation.

Thus, it is necessary to the Anglo-Saxon world government if the success would be reached in this area, to deal not with historically developed state having centuries-old traditions, but with the separate society constructed from a blank sheet.

In that case it isn't necessary to be at war in the usual ways any more, the geopolitical victory reached in information war is available. Also it isn't necessary to think that such ways are applied only against Russia and the countries which are considered as enemies or opponents of the USA. As Snowden showed, the USA and Great Britain wrap and already partially wrapped almost whole world “in cotton wool”.

- Is the way out of current situation?

- I think, here there is the case when it is necessary to raise a question of revision of legal bases of functioning of the Internet. It has to belong not to intelligence services of the USA and Great Britain, but to all mankind.

First of all, the UN has to make the decision on transfer of servers of the leading IT companies under the international management. Legal bases of use of the Internet have to be developed and accepted, and the special body would be formed at the UN which would be presented, first of all, by member countries of Security Council, supervising Internet use.

Certainly, sanctions concerning the states which have violated this law have to be provided. “As plain as two and two make four”…

- But hardly the USA and Great Britain will agree with it …

- In this case the states, wishing to avoid blasting the statehood, will inevitably take a reciprocal step. In particular, will apply Anglo-Saxon methods against the USA, Great Britain, Canada and Australia. There are old and new conflicts which are quite possible for kindling.

I’ve already told about the known plan “Ass Hole” which is gradually realized by those countries which don't wish to appear in position of Yugoslavia, Iraq, Libya, Syria. These states adhere to traditional human and family values.

If the USA and Great Britain still spit on the world community, they will inevitably receive the conflicts.

For Great Britain it is Scotland, Northern Ireland and some counties.

For the USA there are contradictions between northern and southern states, a problem of Indians, and also Latin America.

The probability of strain of relations of the USA and Great Britain with the leading European countries Germany, France and Italy is very great.

It is undoubted that China and Russia, other countries of BRICS will undertake reciprocal actions in the field of information war.

If the USA and Great Britain disagree on requirements of the international community in the field of awareness of reform need of the Internet, they risk completely to lose the face.

Other countries will quite leave from under an American-English influence in a civilized way, and will pass on server and further software.

There is nothing impossible. But what sums will be lost by the giants of the IT industry making now one of the main bases of economy of the USA? They will be ruined. In the conditions of a huge budget deficit of the USA it means at least critical deterioration of their financial system.
