The statement: the fascism won't pass in Kyrgystan!

The new political scandal has flared up in Kyrgyzstan. Kamchybek Tashiyev is the head of parliamentary fraction of the party “Ata-Zhurt” (“Native land”) which has collected the considerable quantity of votes on the last elections in Jogorku Kenesh (republic parliament) has declared in the interview to the newspaper that the mother of the prime minister of Kyrgyzstan Omurbek Babanov isn't Kyrgyz by nationality and only thoroughbred Kyrgyzs should manage Kyrgyzstan, in his opinion …

Here are his words: “I will tell openly, let nobody takes offense: I consider that the head of the government should become thoroughbred Kyrgyz who grieves about the state. We always followed the others: Jews, Tatars, Russians. Omurbek Babanov has come to power and now we hobnob with the Kurds. The person, who supports the people, should be thoroughbred Kyrgyz. The people say so in the Russian Federation and in Kazakhstan. Why we should hesitate to declare it openly?”

The words of the deputy Tashiyev have caused the sharp repulse from many responsible politicians of the republic and the representatives of public organizations. Today we publish the official statement of the Civil anti-fascist and anti-nationalist committee of Kyrgyzstan:

- We, the representatives of the Civil anti-fascist and anti-nationalist committee (CAAC) of Kyrgyzstan, the heads of the public and ethnic organizations, the heroes of April national revolution on April 7, consider necessary to pay attention of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Almazbek Atambaev, the prime minister Omurbek Babanov, the general public prosecutor Aida Salyanova and in whole, the public on nationalist tendencies which are beyond a household plane today and get the political coloring.

We consider categorically inadmissible a situation when the politicians state the nationalist ideas from the state tribunes and by that broadcast the thought that nationalism and then the fascism can be the state ideology of Kyrgyzstan.

In our opinion, the deputy of ZJogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, the party leader of “Ata-Zhurt” Kamchybek Tashiyev conducts the purposeful propagation of the nationalism. But it is not enough, now he sounds the frankly fascist ideas, bringing up a question of purity of this or that politician.
We consider the similar statements from the lips of the deputy of republican parliament as the attempt of bleeding the people of multinational Kyrgyzstan and the threat to the interethnic consent in our country.

We are obliged to remind everybody that Kyrgyzstan is the multinational state which has declared about the democratic principles to the international community. It is the state where the observance of human rights are guaranteed by the Constitution, regardless of his nationality and religion.

The power should prove that Kyrgyzstan is civilized, lawful state, observing the norms of the international standards of the human rights.
