Ukraine is the state without a certain residence

Thresholds of Brussels and Warsaw, other capitals of Europe are upholstered by strange characters in doubtful clothes with a musty smell, plaintively asking to let them to the European apartment.

They are frankly scoffed, point a finger, avoid, but they again and again faithfully look in eyes of the European haughty politicians, being cried about the difficult share and tell about how they were starved by the senior Slavic neighbor.

What brought the economy of Europe largest till 1991 for any two tens years to position of the European bum who is shamelessly begging as a loan in order that at the expense of it to extinguish the former credits? Why the hard-working talented inhabitants of Ukraine, scientists and engineers, workers and designers, pilots and astronauts could turn into guest workers, dealers in the markets, washermen of toilets and yard keepers.

There is the explanation. It is absolutely obvious: all these years Ukraine was directed and is directed by full ignoramuses in economy and inveterate repeaters in policy.

What we had: In Ukraine in the early nineties of XX centuries the powerful capacity of military industrial complex was concentrated totaling more than 700 enterprises thanks to which the state had opportunity to make practically any equipment. Ukraine appeared the monopolist on the former Soviet Union on production of heavy liquid intercontinental and space missiles, aircraft carriers, heavy military transport planes, helicopter engines and a lot of other.

According to such major economic indicator as gross domestic product per capita, in 20 years Ukraine managed to move down from the second place in the CIS at the beginning of the 90th to the ninth in 2011th. And in case of implementation of the scenario of a rupture of economic relations with member states of the Customs Union it is necessary to forget not only about gross domestic product growth, but also about Ukraine.

Already today we state the falling of sales of the Ukrainian beer (on 31 %). The Ukrainian confectionery branch in large quantities reduces and dismisses the personnel. The ban of import on the Russian territory of beef and chicken meat of two largest Ukrainian producers starts working. Ban of import to Russia of the Ukrainian cars. On November 7 the Kryukov plant in Poltavshchina stopped —having arranged the production of cargo and cars only to the CIS. In October the outputs failed almost to zero. For the last month only six cars were gathered. «Dneprovagonmash» and «Azovobshchemash» got under the same blow. In east areas of Ukraine the share of mechanical engineering made for export reaches 90%. The lion’s share of export is the share of the countries of the Customs Union participants.

The majority of the Ukrainian politicians including those who agitate for European integration, don’t hide any more: in the long term the association with the European Union will bring to citizens of Ukraine unemployment, poverty and a full set of sufferings.

At a meeting of the president Yanukovych with the industrialists of the East of Ukraine, the last knowing about the future accident, demanded not to be in a hurry, to postpone signing of the agreement on association.

The external debt of Ukraine exceeded a threshold for a long time allowing the state to remain in a comfort zone as from economic point of view and the point of view of global policy. And now this Gordian knot all touch is pulled together on a neck of the patient.

Until the end of 2013 Ukraine has to pay on loans more than 2 billion dollars. The sum of external sovereign and provided with the state guarantees debt of Ukraine makes 69 billion dollars. Only for September, 2013 the debt grew by 700 million dollars.

Ukraine intends to sign about the contract on association with the European Union, but thus to leave borders open with Russia, thus, Russia could pay for this association. Russia has to deliver the gas to it, thus Ukraine isn’t obliged to pay for it. Ukraine considers that it has the right to absolutely wild anti-Russian hysteria and oppression of the Russian culture in the territory at full consent (!?) of Russia.

The mass media which is under control of the Ukrainian oligarchs continue to untie the anti-Russian hysteria. The future signing of the agreement on association with the European Union at the end of November moves almost as the only panacea from «imperial» dictatorship from Russia.

In recent years the unfortunate population of Ukraine is so duped with such Goebbels promotion that there are no people, capable to answer a simple question: what threat is born by the Customs Union to Ukraine if neither the president of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, nor the president of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, the president of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan don’t see this threat?

Why the desire to form a free trade zone with the Customs Union is stated by all new and new countries — Turkey, Vietnam, Serbia and others? Russia is not perceived as threat of independence and to national interests in these countries? So why the politicians, holding solid positions, are continually rolled up in a hysterics in Ukraine?

Actually the answer is very simple: the inveterate poor students, careerists and bribe-takers sit in the Ukrainian management. At the beginning of the 90th after release from control from allied authorities they rushed in all heavy, to own the national property. Nobody will begin to argue that the power in Ukraine was seized by oligarchs Rinat Ahmetov, Dmytro Firtash, Petro Poroshenko and others. They rule a ball. How many the monkey understands in the device of a nuclear reactor, so much they understand in policy. Comparison isn’t casual because a monkey is not interested in the reactor, but existence of bananas every day, exactly as well as elite of the Ukrainian policy.

In order that Firtash, Ahmetov, Poroshenko’s capitals were increased and remained, the Ukrainian politicians — poor students, are ready to satisfy any requirements of Europe, including:

• every possible reduction of social expenses;
• brutal rise in prices for gas for the population;
• final fracture of the industry.

The naïve loser poor students hope that their European patrons will allow them to remain in the power and to plunder Ukraine …

The Ukrainian losers do not realise that, depriving their country of the right to participate in the Customs Union, they are condemning it to division and collapse, the initiator of which will not be Russia.

Russia needs Ukraine as a strong, independent and friendly state.

Europe needs Ukraine as a colony, a source of cheap labour and a hostile base near the Russian border. So its fate, like the fate of the people inhabiting it, doesn’t interest Europe in the slightest. Europe doesn’t see countries on the map, it sees territories for making profit. Feel the difference?

So, Ukraine needs 160 billion Euros for association with the EU, its national debt is $69 billion, and Europe by no means promises to open its markets or assist in modernising the Ukrainian economy. It’s only offering new loans to settle ones taken out previously, and even that’s not certain.

The Customs Union gives Ukraine the opportunity to earn money and grow together with other members.

In the first case, Ukraine is a down-and-out state. Like any down-and-out, it will be banished to the 101st kilometre, where it will cease to exist.

In the second case, Ukraine is a country in an alliance with other members of the CU on an equal footing.

After reading the above, who could doubt that Ukraine is being run by underachievers, repeaters, careerists, corrupt officials, bribe-takers, slackers and losers…

However, if they still have a drop of sobriety and reason, they can try to re-take the exam.
