Where Moldova moves? Politicians speak

The situation in Moldova gains all lines of political crisis. Political scientists are convinced that the format of present ruling coalition is settled and the country waits the change wait. Most likely, in the near future the parliamentary elections will pass which will define a new configuration of political forces.

Meanwhile the politicians give the assessment of current situation:

Statement of political council of Patriots of Moldova party

In connection with V. Filat's statement, the prime minister of the Republic of Moldova, the leader of Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova that LDPM refuses the obligations within the former agreement within parliamentary “Alliance for European Integration”, the Patriots of Moldova Party declares:

1) Having analysed the reasons of the statement of V. Filat, Patriots of Moldova Party doesn't see a mention of root causes on which the country is in an emergency and the reasons of the internal conflict in the Alliance for European Integration are taken out only on a surface.

Patriots of Moldova Party sees the reasons of general decline in the country development that the antinational forces are in the power for whole years of independence of Moldova and the power of the Alliance for European Integration is illegal and antistate.

2) Having analysed alleged actions of all parliamentary parties, Patriots of Moldova Party doesn't see radical decisions on creation of alternative alliances from these forces which overall performance will go for the people and country benefit. Whatever was the new format of a ruling parliamentary coalition, its actions won't bring the wellbeing and confidence in tomorrow to the people of the current. Any format of the similar power will realize this power only in own clan interests.

3) Having analysed the previous results, the previous policy of all today's parliamentary political forces, Patriots of Moldova Party doesn't see prospect of that the course of development of the country will be directed by this parliament in only right vector – deep integration into EurAsEC, to accession to the Customs Union, expansion and deepening of bilateral communications with Russia.

Due to the above, Patriots of Moldova Party declares that it doesn't accept any statements of leaders of present parliamentary forces as effective. Patriots of Moldova Party addresses to the people of Moldova not to distract on all similar political speculation, political blackmail, and to concentrate efforts of all people on creation of New Force, the third force at the heart of which there will be political force, not soiled in policy, in the business the frame of which will make the statesmen, patriots of Moldova, professionals who are ready to work actively with society and in its interests, to be accountable, under control and to bear all completeness of responsibility, including personal who are ready to change considerably the Power System, to pass to creation of the strong presidential republic which will direct the efforts to cooperation with the most progressive and perspective economic and political block – EurAsEC which are ready to protect the interests of each citizen of Moldova worldwide!

It is absolutely clear that new elections are necessary to the country. Thus not simply early elections, but free and democratic are necessary to Moldova. That is such elections in which the people will independently decide own destiny and the destiny of country. How to achieve it?

We see that all main political institutes responsible for elective process - the Central Election Commission, audiovisual, courts, prosecutor's office, the Ministry of Internal Affairs are only in the hands of power. We have not the slightest doubts how these structures will behave during elections. TV channels and hundreds millions dollars which have been already prepared for mass bribery of voters, according to an example of the last elections in Gagauzia are on the power party.

Besides the next Alliance is under supervision of the Euro-Atlantic owners of party of Alliance, evade from elections, look for opportunity again to agree and generate. Today some such negative scenarios are discussed and prepare.

Alliance for European Integration -3 is the plan of raider capture of the country

First scenario: reconstruction of the Alliance for European Integration -3 (with Filat or without Filat). This scenario is realized in the conditions of the powerful foreign policy pressure of the USA and EU.

The variant of Alliance for European Integration -3 (especially without Filat's premiership) is more favourable to Democratic party, allowing it not only to corrupt “decapitated” Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova (PLDM), but also seriously to strengthen the political weight in all system of the power and the main thing – to avoid more than expensive (for this party) early parliamentary elections.

Today the rating of Democratic Party makes about 4-5 percent. Possible defeat on these elections for the leaders of this criminal group means a real crash – not only political, but also personal. And therefore, loudly declaring the readiness for elections, this party does everything possible to keep itself in the power, at least, till 2015.

At the same time they try to use the new Alliance in order to develop the next approach to Party of Communists and to finish the raider capture of the country.

PLDM is interested in preservation though any power in the same degree. And, though the rating of this not less destructive group is still high, it doesn't mean that they are ready to be let in free and democratic elections. On the contrary, today this party goes on any concessions at negotiations with the recent allies on Alliance – only to remain in the management, only not to come off the financial streams going from smuggling and racket of economic agents.

“Technocratic coalition” is the partnership in a crime

Second scenario: creation of “technocratic coalition” with participation of Democratic Party, Party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova and Party of Socialists. This scenario is considered first of all from the Democratic Party. And as the tool of a political tampering of the Party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova and as a way to avoid elections. Representatives of democrats will try to convince us that it is early now to hold elections, that it is better to be prepared properly in the remained one and a half years. And better all this can be made only participating in the power, than, being in opposition.

Such partnership in the power as a part of the gangster power, together with the characters who have soiled both the international criminal scandals and other “feats” for the Party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova is nothing else as suicide. In the conditions of not legitimacy of this parliament, partnership in the power means partnership in a political crime against the people.

Adherence to principles is the only trump

Probably, other not less odious scenarios can arise. And what, actually, to do in such situation? How to act? How really to achieve the early election?

We have to cease to philosophize that supposedly these or those active actions lead to unity of our opponents and formation of new Alliance. In the actions these three parties of the collapsed Alliance least look around on the position of the Party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova. Both liberals and democrats and liberal democrats act in strict compliance with the interests under control of known international players. And only! All of them are extremely dependent and vulnerable from them, instead of from our declarations and our attempts to play any witty combinations with them.

And all attempts to find consensus concerning any problems, questions for the country, for the people were doomed to a failure by definition.

Therefore we have to accurately and clearly to define own tasks, the own agenda which shouldn't depend on the purposes and change of moods of leaders of ruling parties.

We have to understand accurately that this our adherence to principles is the only trump, our main advantage – first of all moral. We have to bend efforts today on that to correspond to moods of society in the most exact degree that the voter saw the uncompromising defenders in us, instead of tricksters, schemers or traitors.

The general protest against new arrangement

We have not to break elbows and worry that the Alliance will be recreated again. The representatives and leaders of ruling parties have to be afraid of such result. After everything that the Moldavian people recently got to know about those who are in power, this attempt will be nothing else as a mad crime. And these bankrupt thieves have to perceive the early election as the only form of political amnesty. And they also have to convince the foreign sponsors and owners of it.

Thus we have to throw all our resources into attack against this immoral and unbridled gang. Recurrence of Alliance shouldn't take place! And however short time remained to us for mobilization against this next plan “Barbarossa”, we are obliged to stop this antistate plan. I repeat, not with the help of intrigues and plots, but frontal protest approach.

Against new arrangement! For early election! – here are our simplest and absolutely clear slogans for national association against these three parties. Task is extremely not simple. But, if the party with twenty-year history isn't capable to cope with the similar purposes, there is nothing to remember our anniversaries or to fight for the power.

Time for the updated Civil Congress

All official structures on control of elections are in the hands of power today. Yes, we don't doubt how the power will use all these “levers” and “mechanisms”. But there are circumstances which are able to allow us to neglect this fact.

In 2011-2012 we initiated the powerful social movement which after March 16 of last year withered, without having opened all the original opportunities. I speak about the Civil Congress.

Today both preconditions and need for the maximum activization of structures of the Civil Congress arose.

And, if at the beginning the coordination councils of the Congress were mainly supervised by members of the Party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova, already it is possible to say that the huge number of non-party representatives of civil society in literal sense demands the renewal of operation of this national mechanism of control of the power. At least, in the capital, in Kishinev the work began with about tens authoritative activists – lawyers, representatives of the ecological movement, known diplomats and human rights activists.

Inspired with an example of fruitful partnership with the Party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova on case with “imperial hunting”, they are ready to its more systematic continuation. First of all, on the direction coherent with control of elections, control of intelligence services and power departments, behind freedom in mass media. And, certainly, in the organization and participation in protest actions.

We have to restore and update all our structures on interaction with civil society quickly and qualitatively. To report them about the strategic objectives, plans and intentions.
