Malaysia «Boeing-777-200» is the evidence of full and final CIA’s degradation

Since the moment as flight MH17 entered the air space of Ukraine, everything went haywire: the airliner followed not that way and height, and was brought down not where it had to occur …
The history knows very few precedents when the land or ship anti-aircraft weapons struck civil planes.
So, on September 11, 1968 the French forces of air defence brought down SE-210 «Caravelle III» over Nice by mistake. France masked this fact during 41 years, but then admitted the guilt.
On July 3, 1988 the American cruiser «Vinsennes» struck the Iranian Airbus-A300B2−203 over the Persian Gulf. The U. S. Government recognized a mistake after a while, but didn’t apologize, and the commander of the cruiser even was awarded. However, each family of the dead obtained compensation in a size of $250 thousand.
And, at last, on October 4, 2001 the Russian air liner Tu-154М of Siberia Airline was shot down by the Ukrainian Vega S-200 air defence complex over the Black Sea by mistake. Ukraine still didn’t take the responsibility for this plane crash.
And the fighters shot down civil airplanes much more often, but it has absolutely other relation to the Malaysian «Boeing-777−200» which was brought down on July 17, 2014 over East Ukraine …
Let’s remember these facts and go on.
The concept «Casus belli» is well known in diplomacy. It is the legal term of the Roman law times designating a formal reason for declaration of war. It should be noted that for all western countries which are diligent caring of deception of public opinion, the existence or independent creation of «casus belli» always was the most important condition of information support of these or those military campaigns throughout the centuries.
One of the first military campaign of the USA against other country began in 1899 with a sinking of the American battleship «Maine» on Havana harbour. As it appeared then, Americans organized this provocation, but Spain was accused. As a result of war Spain lost Cuba, Philippines and some other overseas territories. And the sinking of «Maine» caused the hatred wave to Spain which is fairly warmed up by mass media in the USA.
Subsequently many western countries aggressors widely used provocations to begin these or those wars. Especially Nazi Germany succeeded in it, which, using this method successfully made an anschluss of Austria, the section of Czechoslovakia, and then attacked Poland. In a case with Poland Germans committed an assault on the German radio station in the city of Gleiwitz by means of the disguised criminals and accused Poland then.
Considering such history of provocations for receiving a war cause, Stalin’s fears concerning provocations from Hitler which could give rise for attack on the USSR became quite explainable.
And after World War I. I. the USA became the real master of «casus belli» falsification. Practically all wars which they waged after 1945 began with provocations, organized by them. So the war in Korea between the South and the North, aggression of the USA against Vietnam (Tonkin incident) and many others began.
The fact that every time similar provocations are followed by the mass campaigns in mass media comes under notice. That is, provocation in itself without information support actually means nothing.
The formation of public opinion which unambiguously would appear on the party of the organizer should become the main outcome of provocation that is the axiom for similar actions. In this sense the public opinion of the western countries, and especially the USA, is one of the most operated. It is enough to remember events on September 11, 2011 with destruction of towers of the World Trade Center in New York and so-called «hit» of an airliner in the Pentagon.
Despite universal evidences of experts in the field of architecture and construction that the collapse of towers couldn’t occur because of planes' hit as kerosene burning temperature is much lower than temperature of steel melting which the bearing designs of buildings were made, the public opinion of the USA almost unambiguously believed in the government version.
And it is in spite of the fact that jet aviation engines from «plane» which was allegedly crashing into a wall of the American Ministry of Defence weren’t found near the Pentagon. But even such obvious discrepancies couldn’t overcome information attack of the U. S. Government. Aggression of NATO in Afghanistan became the result of this huge provocation.
It is possible to remember the charges of the Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein of the chemical weapon production, the U. S. Secretary of State Colin Powell shaking a test tube with some white powder on a tribune of the UN as the proof. As a result, the military campaign of the western coalition in Iraq. Now this country is destroyed and became a battlefield for Islamic State.
Thus, the plausibility and reliability of a provocative event has a secondary role for the Central Intelligence service of the USA which specializes on carrying out provocations for creation, «casus belli» because it is always followed by massive information support.
Therefore the personnel of CIA which perform such tasks are continually far out in their reckoning.
However, let’s return to accident of the Malaysian «Boeing-777−200» over Ukraine.
The economy of the USA is constructed so that it can only develop successfully having industrial complex as the locomotive military. No to wars, no to economic growth — here is the algorithm of the American economy functioning.
To the middle of the second decade of the XXI century the economy of the West and especially the USA started entering the long crisis. Americans decided to leave it in repeatedly tested way, that is, to unleash the war and it is even better several wars at once.
So the Middle East flared. Also unconstitutional change of the power in Ukraine was organized. The organization of mass flows of refugees to Europe and undermining social and economic tranquillity in the EU as competitor of the USA was a main goal of events in the Middle East.
Overthrow of the president Yanukovych in Ukraine had to force Russia to interfere by force. In this case the USA acquired the right to declare it an aggressor, to organize the international isolation and so finally to attach EU countries and NATO to themselves, having secured also thus mass military orders which would inhale life in the stagnating American economy.
Plans started falling when Russia attached the Crimea in the peace legitimate way, despite all efforts of the American curators to organize the bloodshed there.
After that the tragedy in Odessa followed and «anti-terrorist operation» in Donbass was begun. But, despite the mass victims and death of civilians, Russia refused to interfere with the conflict directly.
And there is an explanation: having made that, Russia would grant intimate desire of the USA and would lose Europe for itself if not forever, but for a long time … And why would it do that?
Having faced strong unwillingness of Russia to interfere with the intra Ukrainian conflict in the armed way, the USA were in great need in the huge provocation which allowed to solve a problem. And then the accident with the Malaysian airliner was organized.
However, let’s return to the past — in the beginning of the 80th years. I am the young officer of Polish Army, graduating from Marshall of the Soviet Union A. M. Vasilevsky Military Academy of Antiaircraft Defence of Land Forces in the city of Kiev.
During the training I well understood that the Soviet experts of air defence have no match in the world.
During real military operations in Vietnam and in the Middle East they received such invaluable experience which allows them to destroy any air opponent almost with guarantee.
After collapse of the USSR the best personnel and equipment of the Soviet troops of air defence appeared in Russia. Respectively, the quality of preparation and readiness for tasks' performance remained and remain very high and the best in the world.
The USA, the West and Ukraine accuse Russia and militiamen of Donbass that they shot down the Malaysian plane and they reach full idiocy in the eagerness.
In the beginning Ukraine declares the capture of the anti-aircraft missile system Buk, the defective self-propelled fire mounting 9A310M1−2 by militiamen, and then disproves the data, starting claiming that actually, the required installation was moved from the Russian Federation to Ukraine at night, and, having shot down the Malaysian plane, right there went back … And some western mass media declared that the crew of Buk was destroyed by Russians to keep secret of a crime! Posts from social networks are given as proofs. Does CIA have such level of proofs now?
As the expert, I can declare with full responsibility that it’s totally ludicrous.
Firstly, if the Russian forces of air defence would have the task to provide the anti-aircraft cover of the territory controlled by militiamen by the time of plane crash, so the serviceable equipment and the best experts would be directed there.
Secondly, all civil airliners go along a route under so-called active radar-location. That is, the airborne receiver, having received a signal from ground interrogator, issues all information on the plane, beginning from height and speed and finishing with number of a board. Thus, if it were the Russian antiaircraft gunners, they couldn’t bring down «Boeing-777−200» by mistake in any way! Besides the echelons of airways on which civil planes go are always noted on screens of PPI…
Thirdly, neither the militiamen, nor Russians if they were present with Buk there, was no sense to shoot down the planes at such height because Ukraine has no attack and bombing aircraft capable to rise.
Transport and scout planes An-26 and An-30 don’t rise higher than 7500 meters. Only the Ukrainian military transport plane Il-76could fly at the height of 10000 meters where «Boeing-777−200», but where would it fly? After all it would fly directly on the territory controlled by militiamen and further to Russia …
Thus, the versions about participation of either Donetsk militia, or Russia are simply absurd. And we should return to a role of CIA in its next, roughly executed and quite transparent provocation.
The other day I had to meet the old acquaintance with whom started serving in one part of air defence of the Polish Army. I remained for a long time in it, but he passed to service into bodies of «Schuba Bezpieczedstwa Ministerstwa Spraw WewnCtrznych» (Security Service of Poland), and then into «Schuba Wywiadu Wojskowego» (Military Intelligence Service).
I shared thoughts concerning the plane which was shot down over Ukraine that was quite interesting to us. My interlocutor quite agreed with me.
And further told that the recently published list of negotiations of CIA agents on the planned operation on «Boeing-777−200» bringing down is absolutely reliable. And, moreover, the Polish «controllers» from his department were near the Ukrainian Buk.
If to speak shortly, the situation was so: planning operation, CIA asked the American ambassador to Ukraine Pyatt to influence the Ukrainian government that it didn’t change airways around conducting operations on Donbass.
And the civil planes continued to fly over the dangerous area despite all international rules of flight operation.
Initially it was planned that «Boeing» will shoot down the Ukrainian plane, and the Ukrainian Buk anti-aircraft missile system will be near the settlement of Zaroshchenskoye in case of contingency.
The Dnepropetrovsk control officer had to remove the doomed plane to that area, where already being struck with the air-to-air rocket, had to reach actually the Russian border that the western public opinion wouldn’t have any doubts who brought it down.
However the nerve of the Ukrainian Air Force pilot failed him (by the way, my friend assumed that he could be not an Ukrainian, but the Georgian at all) and he made the rocket start earlier, than it was required. There were no commands from the ground in this regard that is quite explainable as Russians could intercept them. The damaged Malaysian plane continued to fly and therefore it was struck already by the Ukrainian «Buk» from the ground.
The confidence in global active support by the western mass media played Old Harry with CIA. CIA was compelled to improvise that it always turned out badly at Americans.
Firstly the Spanish air traffic control officer working in Kiev appeared who declared suddenly in Twitter that «the Ukrainian plane shot down the flight MH17 …». Then there were problems with the Dnepropetrovsk air traffic control officer and records of his radio negotiations. Both records and the air traffic control officer disappeared somewhere.
The personnel officer of CIA Mr. David L. Stern performing the direct management of operation had the version that allegedly the Russian «Buk» was secretly moved from Russia to Ukraine, and then back. Having seen that the plan falls, and «Boeing» fell not where had to fall, and to accuse Russia and militiamen will be very problematic, he thought up this version at once.
And the Ukrainians were instructed to deny the presence of their warplanes in the area of crash in every possible way. After Ukraine declared it, it became clear that the last opportunity is lost for CIA to give some plausibility to the version as in case of recognition of such flights it would be possible to claim, at least, that the militiamen or Russians aimed at the Ukrainian warplane, but hit the unfortunate liner.
Now CIA was seriously puzzled with how not to allow the Russian experts to a plane crash site. Hence there are the requirements of the international investigation, involvement of the Netherlands to it and export of fragments there.
CIA has no ways to retreat and hence there is the requirement of the USA, Ukraine, Malaysia to carry out the international tribunal. The main objective is to transfer investigation from especially technical area where it is absolutely clear who, how and why brought down «Boeing», to a political sphere where not technical proofs will be taken into consideration, but the emotions will dominate strenuously kindled by CIA and the western mass media.
Generally, my friend told, the impudence of Americans in goal attainment causes respect, but not when it mixes up with nonsense and impudence.
I thought the public opinion ability to do logical conclusions atrophied at European and furthermore, the American at all. Otherwise Americans and Europeans would understand the truth about the one who actually brought down the flight MH17.
