Romania is suggested “to be broken up”!

The Prosecutor General’s Office of Moldova opened criminal cases on public figures known in the republic who actively resist to a course of ruling alliance on a country westernisation. The prosecutor’s office found out that bashkan of Gagauzia Mikhail Formuzal, the bishop of Balti and Falesti Marchel, the deputy of People’s Assembly Ilya Uzun, the Patriots of Moldova party leader Mikhail Garbuz, as it appears, trample on the constitutional mode of Moldova by the actions and statements …

Special discontent of the political forces which have proclaimed the purpose association with Romania which, actually, is no other as absorption of independent Moldova caused the appeal to the world community and the people of Moldova of political party «Patriots of Moldova», created in 2010. The party made the requirement of return of Moldova of all historical territories which are now as a part of Romania.

The chairman of the party Mikhail Garbuz declared that «Patriots of Moldova» take the lead and declare initiation of process of an unilateral response of all signatures and the obligations given by the authorities of Moldova during creation of the state under the name of Romania. It is a question of a response of the signatures put in 1859 under the document on association of two principalities — Moldova and Walachia to the uniform state which in 1866 received the name «Romania».

Appeal to the world community and people of Moldova

Due to the aggressive anti-state and antinational actions of Romania in the territory of sovereign Moldova,

Considering continuous and obviously systematic attempts of the pro-Romanian protege from «alliance for the European integration» to disorganize and destroy our country, its centuries-old spiritual and public traditions,

Proceeding from historic facts of emergence and development of the Moldavian state,

Taking in attention the principles of the resolutions approved by the United Nations General Assembly, emphasizing importance of the right of the people on self-determination,

Considering that fact that Moldova is recognized international community, the subject of international law, the member of fundamental international institutes and the full right successor of historical Great Moldova,

The Patriots of Moldova party which is ideologically uniting the patriots of Moldova from both coast of Prut, consciously takes the lead and declares initiation of international process of a unilateral response of all signatures and the obligations given by heads of Moldova during creation of the Union State under the name «Romania».

Initiating the process of withdrawal of Moldova of these agreements, the Moldavian people thereby declare the beginning of process of «breaking up» of the state under the name «Romania» as broken contractual obligations and not justified hope and expectation of the people of Great Moldova and demands the return of all historical territories of the Moldavian state which is in structure of Romania, to structure of the Motherland of Moldova.

It is the time to unite the historical lands of Moldova in one uniform state under Great Stefan’s banner!

As representatives of the Moldavian people, we demand from the present country leaders to stop any mention of the name «Romanian state» in connection with the sovereign future of the Moldavian people and any political interaction with state, obviously destructive in relation to Moldova and to the Moldavian people. We consider that today Romania «became obsolete on sense» and that time came when it is necessary to carry out the international division of the country on a national sign. The people who are in structure of Romania have to gain independence, in which states they wish to realize the future. No intermediaries are necessary for association of separate parts of historical Moldova, only good human will is necessary. The Moldavian people are entirely devoted to the Homeland and, despite rigid and unprecedented attempts of the pro-Romanian forces, never become the satellite of artificially created formation that Romania is".

With the help of the present address we also ask all participants interested in process of Romania division to enter fight for return of the historical territories. We consider that Romania as «state» was created according to the smart plan of the West European coalition from two mutually opposite states on the historical future exclusively for the purpose of forcing of intensity and «generation» of the conflict centres on border of the former Russian Empire.

Unfortunately, historically it developed so that inhabitants of Moldova and Walachia during all the long history, being as a part of opposite geopolitical and cultural educations, constantly were in the aggressive relations. This war proceeds today too. It is enough to remember recent tragic events which happened in the capital of Moldova on April 7, 2009 with the riots and arsons of the Moldavian parliament and a presidency and a raising the Romanian tricolour over them.

The Romanian management brings chaos and confusion in life of the Moldavian people, and it needs unambiguously to be stopped!

For targeting the order and ensuring stable and systematic development in the country it is necessary to solve a problem of strengthening of the Moldavian statehood, first of all.

Having returned its historical territories to structure of sovereign Moldova, we will be able to solve a complex of the problems facing today the Moldavian people, including that seem today «insoluble»:

the perspective of «Moldavian self-identity», «Moldavian history», «Moldavian culture», «Moldavian language» will disappear by itself, outlines of powerful and sovereign future Moldavian state will be created. We will return the sovereign Moldavian historical symbolic to a legal framework of Moldova. We will forbid any other countries to use it on the coats of arms and national flags;

«misunderstanding» between Moldova and Transnistria, between Moldova and Gagauzia will disappear;

the problem of the entry of Moldova in the European Union will be solved almost automatically, considering that the zaprutsky part of Moldova already is in European Union structure.

After country association all parallel organizations of Romania both state, and religious sense in the territory of Moldova will be liquidated as superfluous. They will be able to devote the activity and to direct all the efforts for the benefit of the own people.

The Moldavian youth will be able adequately to realize the ambitions in public and in private life, both in the territory of sovereign Moldova, and in territories of the Eurasian and European unions.

Thanks to the advantageous geographical and geopolitical position, Moldova will be able to control and strengthen global power information, financial and industrial streams «East-West» and «West-East». Moldova again will be able to carry out the historical role borrowing at the time of Stefan the Great and another great Moldavian rulers, will be a peculiar bridge between the West and the East, major spiritual «outpost».

The revived Great Moldova, possessing all completeness of the government and a political freedom from any states and blocks, will be able to begin the new, powerful, truly right, independent way of development in harmony with the people, in peace with the western and east neighbours.

It is the time to revive the invincible spirit of the Moldavian state and to unite our multinational people and historical lands under the banner of Stefan the Great and Sacred!
