The present power in Moldova can be recognized as illegal!
Our expert, the head of political party «Patriots of Moldova» Mikhail Garbuz reported that the political council of the party accepted the special statement for restitution of «lawful territories of Moldova». The political party «Patriots of Moldova» supports preservation, consolidation and development of Moldova as the independent, indivisible fatherland of the multinational Moldavian people, and categorically condemns the actions of the present authorities which pursue exclusively the westernized policy:
- We assign all completeness of responsibility for all catastrophic consequences which are possible in view of its antinational, antistate, irresponsible policy to this power!
In view of the come true fact of signing and ratification of the Agreement on association with EU, we pay attention of the Moldavian authorities, the governments of the foreign states and the international organizations for protection of the rights and freedoms of the person, attention of all to observance of the international rights and norms.
According to these provisions and in particular, Convention on protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms (Rome, on November 4, 1950 with changes of September 21, 1970, on December 20, 1971, on January 1, on November 6, 1990, on May 11, 1994) ETS No. 005 and Protocol No. 1 to this Convention (Paris, on March 20, 1952 with changes of May 11, 1994) ETS No. 009 and Article 1 of this Protocol about protection of property, Moldova has the right of legal requirements on return of the territories earlier belonging to it, earlier unfairly departed to Romania and Ukraine.
We sharply raise this question at this particular time when both Romania, and Ukraine, represented by their present authorities, became the unfriendly states in relation to interests and the rights of the majority of the population of Moldova.
We ask all to pay attention that if this our Statement won’t be taken into account by the present Moldavian power, if it doesn’t take measures for return as a restitution of recent property on known territories, it will mean that this power works not in interests of the Moldavian state and its people that will give us, and everyone the right to recognize this power illegal!
