The Ukrainian commanders trade in soldiers’ corpses...

— Whether the military operations in Marinka are single incident or it will be followed by large-scale military operations from the Armed Forces of Ukraine?
In this case AFU and National Guard carried out the developing attack. They wanted to achieve local success, to take part of suburbs in the Petrovsky District. It was the local operation calculated on creation of the base for attack to the Petrovsky District and its «cutting» from Donetsk.
The Ukrainian troops struck artillery attacks first of all to the Petrovsky television center, where the Russian channels are broadcast. Because of it the on- air broadcasting practically didn’t work for twenty-four hours. But their plans were ruined — counterattack of a militia began. Then DNR army was compelled to stop as AFU involved the reserves which considerably exceeded militia reserves on artillery and armored machinery.
— Under whose control is Marinka now?
It is partially under control of a militia and the Ukrainian army — about 60% in their favor and 40% in ours. This territory represents agglomeration from several settlements — Marinka, Krasnogorovka and Georgiyevka. Militia forces which stepped on Krasnogorovka, had to be taken away as the dense gun-fire from under Kurakhovo was conducted.
Most likely, soon the Ukrainian troops will adjust again the district. The last 2−3 days they fired at the North and the northwest, Kuibyshev and Kiev areas, the number of flights of UAVs grows. All this testifies that they prepare new developing attack, a massive shelling and local breaks. Then they will seek to be fixed following the results of local breaks. At the moment that is their tactics.
Problem is that the most powerful artillery systems which shot in the winter at Donetsk were concentrated in Krasnogorovka. AFU, without taking the full offensive, provoke militiamen to counterattack. As it is necessary to suppress their artillery and as we not always reach it, it is necessary to go to counterattacks. Now they don’t undertake large-scale attacks as it was in August, and conduct massive attack and due to concentration of equipment and staff on the concrete direction undertake whenever possible global, deep counterstrokes, as, for example, to Marinka. This situation is similar to their attempt in April to enter into Spartak, from where they were forced out.
— What is the forces' ratio on it and other sectors of the front?
In general, their forces are much bigger, than ours. On certain sites they try to reach superiority in two and even three times. They have much more powerful artillery, reactive systems of volley fire which are usually put by three lines. If there is a ratio one to one on the first line, there are second and third lines further. Besides, they constantly involve reserves and they have more opportunities for this purpose. For us 120 km is the maximum rear. And their rears go in the Dnepropetrovsk area.
If they finally break the Minsk Agreement, the Marinka — Kurakhovo — Constantinople direction is very perspective. If to strike and reach Kurakhovo, we receive Kurakhovsky thermal power plant, and only 30 km further and we leave to the Dnepropetrovsk area. Thus, the battlefield will move considerably to the west.
Most likely, AFU and National Guard will go to attack in the middle of June. Possibly, it will coincide with provocations in Transnistria. So our military experts see the development of a situation — among militiamen there are those who were both in Abkhazia, and Transnistria. Obviously, there will be provocations in Transnistria, and also attempt of input of NATO peacekeepers.
—Do the total failure of the Minsk arrangements and the format of these negotiations mean the renewal of active fights?
These events really cancel this format. But it isn’t news for us since the beginning of September. We perfectly understood it will occur. The militia prepared for such succession of events.
Heidi Tagliavini’s withdrawal from contact group of the special representative of OSCE also testifies to cancellation of these arrangements. OSCE which was the guarantor of «Minsk», actually, was eliminated from this process. Possibly, it will be used to twist about insolvency of the Minsk Agreement, to confirm it at the level of OSCE and further to carry out a subject with NATO peacekeepers.
— Due to continuous falsifications of the Ukrainian party about number of the dead during retaliatory operation how do you estimate the emergence of Internet resources which publishes true data on losses of the Ukrainian army and civilians and where do the eyewitnesses and relatives of the dead can leave detailed information on it? Do such sites promote exposure of lie of the Ukrainian promotion?

Certainly, such resources are extremely necessary. For example, here is one of such sites — «Wailing Wall of Ukraine». It is of very great importance as makes public true information on losses. Long ago there was a need for creation of a resource where any eyewitness can leave information on death of people during retaliatory operation of the Kiev junta, and, both from the national republics, and from the Ukrainian army. It is very important factor in information war with unprecedented falsification of losses which is carried out constantly by the Ukrainian authorities.

The attitude of the Ukrainian chasteners towards the lost soldiers is a separate subject. After Ilovaysk and Izvarino DNR is carried out the work on the accounting of losses of the Ukrainian troops. This information gathers, but the Ukrainian party doesn’t want to take it away. Moreover, they don’t want to take the corpses of the soldiers away. It is necessary only to contact their relatives, for example, to find them on the Internet.
But there are even no medallions on many corpses therefore they can’t be identified. Those «cyborgs», who remained at the airport with processes of decomposition, are in such form that it is difficult to identify them.
It is characteristic, even prisoners don’t know about those losses which are known to us — such information vacuum is created from the Ukrainian party. They don’t know they substitute them for counterstrokes and the next divisions have serious losses on a front line.
DNR constantly gathers a database about the lost Ukrainian military. But it is those corpses which are in our territory which we identify or dig out. But they are much bigger in their territory or on no man’s land. But troops of junta constantly fire at these sites and don’t allow to take the remains away. They don’t want to document and to make public.
Moreover, on some sites there is a black business when their command collects corpses of the soldiers and sells them to relatives.
Special losses in the Ukrainian army are noncombat losses when they are undermined on the mines or make firefights during drinking-bouts. In a month there are tens of such cases.
Falsification of dead data is one more crime of the Kiev regime. Therefore systematization of data and their publication is extremely important and necessary activity exposing all criminal essence of the present Kiev power.
