The unrecognized states are going to create the military-political union

In Ukraine very few people expected that in the world there will be a country which will declare already today a diplomatic recognition of the Lugansk People’s Republic. It was considered that requirements of «big diplomacy» and complexity of the moment categorically exclude it.

The unpleasant surprise for the Ukrainian diplomacy which for quite some time now prefers to talk lips of the minister mats became the decree of the president of South Ossetia Leonid Tibilov in which it is told the following: «Considering the will of the people and the appeal of the Supreme Council of the Lugansk People’s Republic to the President of the Republic South Ossetia about recognition of the sovereignty of the Lugansk People’s Republic, supported by Republic Parliament of the South Ossetia, the president decided to recognize the Lugansk People’s Republic as the sovereign independent state».

But the wasn’t limited only with the words: the president of the Republic of the South Ossetia charged to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to hold negotiations on establishment of diplomatic relations with the Lugansk People’s Republic.

The decision of the president was supported by political parties in the republic. Just won a victory at parliamentary elections the United Ossetia party entirely supported the decision of the head of state on recognition of independence of Lugansk People’s Republic. Its leader Anatoly Bibilov declared: «All that now occurs in Donetsk People’s Republic and Lugansk People’s Republic it is impossible to call differently as fascism. South Ossetia was in due time in the same situation, and we understand as every support is important. Recognition assumes also establishment of various communications between our republics».

Leader of socialist party «Unity of People» Vladimir Kelekhsayev considers that «with the help of this decision we support the people who fights for the independence of the Ukrainian fascism, also as well as the people of South Ossetia in the 90th years fought against the Georgian fascism. This step is an undoubted indicator of that inhabitants of South Ossetia are solidary with inhabitants of Lugansk and all Novorossiya in their aspiration to live in a spiritual, cultural and social and economic field of the Russian civilization, instead of imposed western».

The leader of People’s Party Alexander Pliyev is sure: «It was necessary for the purpose of a preservation of peace and many lives. That difficult situation in which today there were inhabitants of these republics is close to us. Therefore we consider that the decision on recognition of independence of Lugansk People’s Republic was absolutely correct».
The chairman of the parliament of the Republic of the South Ossetia Stanislav Kochiyev noted that South Ossetia is the first country of the world which has recognized independence of the Lugansk People’s Republic. Moreover, the republic appealed to 17 countries to recognize Lugansk People’s Republic.

After the signing of the decree about Lugansk People’s Republic recognition by the president Leonid Tibilov, Stanislav Kochiyev informed the Luhansk People’s Republic management about it: «I spoke with the head of the Supreme Council of Lugansk People’s Republic Alexey Karyakin and the head of the republic Valery Bolotov. On behalf of all people of the Lugansk region they asked to convey the profound thanks to our president and the people of South Ossetia. On the experience we tested that occurs today in Lugansk and Donetsk, our people understand expectations and sufferings of the population of these republics».

Political scientists discuss the further succession of events. It is obvious that as soon as the official address from the Donetsk People’s Republic will arrive in the Republic of the South Ossetia, it will be right considered there. Moreover, new resolute actions are possible also. So, there is information that the unrecognized states formed in the territory of the former Soviet Union, are ready to association of the efforts in fight for independence in the world where except Russia they shouldn’t count on any help.

Both the Dniestr Moldavian republic, the Republic of Abkhazia and the Nagorno-Karabakh republic defended independence in fights with superior forces of aggressors, their armed forces have a wide experience of maintaining fighting actions in the most different conditions of fight. Therefore here well understand the need of coordination of efforts; long ago here also acquired that at the beginning of the XXI century the gunpowder has to be hold dry!

By the way, in day of recognition of independence of Kugansk People’s Republic of South Ossetia there was a continuous DOS attack from the Ukrainian servers on South Ossetian which was beaten successfully off. Yes here the mats of Mr. Deshchitsa wouldn’t help … The Luhansk People’s Republic is recognized by South Ossetia, and no efforts of the present authorities of Ukraine are able to hide this fact.

Experts say that in political and military numbers of the unrecognized states already the question of creation of the military-political block quite is specifically considered. And it is quite explainable as existing international institutes, including the UN, aren’t capable to provide protection of the states against aggression and also to give help in preservation of life and health of citizens.
