Toktogul Kakchekeev: International law is ranged with Russia!

Our expert, the famous Kyrgyz political scientist Toktogul Kakchekeev speculates about the reasons of policy of the countries of Europe and USA which makes the recognition of Russia as the country aggressor corner-stone in today’s international relations with which the international community shouldn’t deal:
- The matter is that results of a victory in «cold war» weren’t realized finally — Russia didn’t become «guinea pig» of the EU and the USA. Their hopes for liberalization of society and policy of leaders of the country weren’t crowned with success. The liberal wing generated an oligarchy, and the state construction was torn off from an economic component. Development of the leading branches slowed down, and regions appeared as sellers of national natural resources.
Such state had to open all doors of the Kremlin for sale of the Soviet achievements in technologies and science. The country was on the way of self-destruction according to the plan: liquidation of the industry and agriculture, dissolution of army and fleet, putting of nuclear forces under the international control. Russia was ready for transfer of national wealth of transnational corporation of EU and the USA.
V. V. Putin’s coming to power and the subsequent policy kept Russia as the state and stopped further advance of the country to real independence. However, lack of registration of the state ideology was an obstacle on the way of the status quo of Russia on the international scene. The liberal wing imposed the European orientation and formation as the European country to Russia that was absurdity, but it reliably tied to EU and US political and defensive, financial institutes etc. Russia was entangled by various liberal ideas behind which the destiny of the Russian people and Great power statehood was not visible.
Such state and the anti-Russian financial crises directed to the EU and the USA had to force the country to the knees. All these efforts were visible and caused indignation in healthy part of society that allowed Putin command to reconsider a foreign policy of the country in interests of the Russian Federation. Respectively, it was apprehended as revival of the USSR — «empire of evil». Further E. U. and the USA inspired after Yugoslavia, Libya and Iraq and were approved in opinion any operations are possible out of decisions of the U. N. Security Council, and Russia won’t hinder any more.
Strategic interests of Russia and desire of the residents of the Crimea allowed the Crimea to find independence on the basis of international law and to join the Russian Federation. However, it became a reason for the whole coalition of the countries under the auspices of the USA to paste Russia a label of an aggressor though international law was ranged with the Russian Federation.
The integrated West dreams of the removal of the president V. V. Putin. They understand powerful achievements of the Russian foreign policy with creation of SCO, BRICS, EEU. The international initiative is range with the Russian Federation and it is obvious for many countries. Registration of EEU and its control have to take place in the intensive course, creating the real growth of economy and the united regime of work for the citizens entering into EEU.
Appeal of the union has to be created by the history of our relations. Anniversary Parade of the Victory in Moscow became a remarkable example. The ideology arranging members of the Union has to be created behind creation of EEU structure.
For example, northern Kyrgyz voluntary were a part of the Russian Empire on January 17, 1855. That is, 160 years passed, but this good round figure, the historical truth didn’t interest anybody for some reason. And after all such event was three times in life of Kyrgyzstan! We will remember 1855, 1924 when Kyrgyzstan as a part of RSFSR became the autonomous region, and May 8, 2015 when the country becomes the member of EEU with the assistance of the Russian Federation. Today there is the discussion about membership of the country as a part of EEU across all country. According to various polls the country entry into EEU is supported by 87% of the population!
I think that when the information war storms in the world Russia shouldn’t concede media space to the western voices. The personnel from «Svoboda» radio work as editors in national radio and television corporation in the majority, they are in the press services of the president and state agencies. I think that editorial staffs have to be created in national radio and television corporation for publicizing the activity of these organizations in all countries entering into EEU and the CSTO.
